Helping AEs close 25% more outbound deals. Founder @ Outbound OS. We help AEs earn multi-6-figures by self-sourcing their own deals. Apply to join → theoutboundos.io

Most outbound consulting is outdated and doesn't work. I'm here to document and show what actually works. I'm building Outbound OS, an outbound sales consulting company that has 1 mission. To help every sales rep selling SaaS, software or technology hit their quota. We are documenting the real GTM strategies that are getting replies, booking meetings and building pipeline in 2026. Before Outbound OS, I was the youngest AE at Revolut, a $100b fintech, at 21 years old, where I hit 141% in my first quarter. Before that, I was a founding SDR and sales hire no.6 at Fruugo, where I went from SMB, to MM to ENT, averaging 135% over my tenure and helping build the first playbooks used to help ramp new hires. I believe that outbound is still effective, but if you don't stand out from all the noise, you become it. That is what we teach. Most AEs I talk to have 2+ yr experience, know they can close deals but struggle to bring in pipeline. That's where we come in to help them build a repeatable outbound system so they never have to rely on inbounds or their SDR bringing the meetings. If you want to learn more about what we do DM me OOS to hear how we work.

  • I joined Revolut at 21 as the youngest-ever AE (company record) Here’s exactly how I progressed faster than most: 1. I mastered the outbound, then focused on discovery/ demos I didn’t focus on the AE side first: I was committed to being the best at outbound: - cold calling - prospecting - cold email creation If you can’t bring in your own deals, your quota will always depend on someone else. To be a great AE, you have to build an outbound system. Simple. 2. I wasn’t afraid to fail early on You don’t become great at sales without a ton of rejection. Cold call hang-ups No replies on emails. Connection requests rejected. So long as you improve before trying again, you’re bound to start progressing. Take action, fail, learn, try again. The faster you fail, the faster you learn. 3. I obsessed over my craft As an SDR I worked 8h days, then did 2-3h of skill work. I didn’t have to. But I wanted to, I knew that it would get me ahead of other reps. This allowed me to become an expert faster. The faster you learn the skills, the faster you can progress. 4. I invested in myself and my skill set I was always willing to invest in my skillset. Not just with free resources, but with my cash: paid courses paid webinars paid 1 on 1 coaching From each, I took some key points and added my own style. (pro tip: should be obvious but don’t copy everything word for word, learn the frameworks and apply it to your own personality) 5. I constantly asked for feedback I went directly to my VP of Sales to gather feedback. But I didn’t just get the feedback, I took action on it. Being coachable is one of the single biggest things to take you far in your career. Learning, applying and iterating is a loop you should do daily. You should never be the smartest person in the room. None of this is groundbreaking. It’s just taking action, learning from the best, failing forward and iterating based on your results. If you want to progress quickly in sales: Take action. Invest in your skillset. Don’t be afraid to fail. Learn from your results. What’s your top tip to ram quickly as an AE? P.S Here is me after finishing my first Q as an AE at 141% of my ramp number in Q1 2 years ago

  • Little update on my heart issues from last week We're on the road to recovery!!! If you didn't see the post, I'll get you up to speed. For a few weeks I had felt something off in my chest. I got tired 10x faster. I was struggling to breathe. I was super tired and had low energy. So after 2 weeks of trying to "man up" I got it checked. After 2 X-rays, 2 ECG scans and an ultrasound I was told I have PVCs. Basically, my heartbeat was fucked up. It would skip beats or add in extra ones, hence all the symptoms. Luckily, it was nothing structural, but it shook me up. I still need to get a Holter monitor to see how bad it is, but that's coming soon. Anyways I used this as a sign to chill the fuck out. I've been VERY strung as I scale Outbound OS but it was taking it's toll. So I had. I cut all caffeine. I got back to 9h of sleep. I got back to 10k steps a day. I started to read and rest in the evenings. And just over a week later most of my symptoms have stopped. I still can't train properly, but I'm hoping to get back to that next week. I haven't had any medication apart from chilling out. So if you've been going hard just remember to rest. Rest as hard as you train. That's how you'll be in it for the long run. Now back to business 🫡 P.S appreciate all the messages too so many people left comments and reached out even people I've never spoken to before, so I appreciate you all.

  • You can make $350,000 in 5 years in tech sales. And the path is pretty simple. I talk to dozens of AEs on a weekly basis Some are founding, some at the biggest orgs in the world. And the OTEs always blow my mind. SMB reps making $190,000. MM reps making $260,000. ENT reps making $400,000. And most of these people are in their late twenties or early thirties. The majority have 5 years or less in tech sales too. I've been able to coach about a dozen $300k+ earners myself And the path is easier then you might expect So here’s exactly what you need to do: 1. Find a great company - good product-market fit, internal coaching, and real upside to get promoted, and stay there. Don't worry about hopping orgs for higher salaries. 2. Win as an SDR - be willing to learn how to prospect. Don't try to skip over this because this will serve you later in your career when you're in AE 3. Get the best tech - be willing to pay for your own tools. FullEnrich is a no-brainer; it can take you from 5% to 20% connects, so you can 4x your meetings 4. Start SMB and work up - start SMB, learn the transactional sales cycle, then slowly transition into mid-market and eventually aim to move into enterprise. 5. Keep learning - never think you've understood everything about your career. There's always something to learn and improve. Tech is one of the highest-paying careers on the planet. And when you look at it? We get to work mostly remotely. We get to sell world-class products. We get to work with the biggest companies in the world. All without ever being in life-or-death situations. So if you're aiming for that first multi-6-figure year keep going. If you nail the basics, it'll come. ♻️ Share this with a rep who needs to see it and lmk your best year below! P.S I’ll leave a link for 100 free full enrich credits in the comments too
