You publish on LinkedIn. A few people like the post. Other marketers comment. Your profile gets some views. But the B2B SaaS founders you want to reach don’t start conversations. The problem is usually not posting frequency. It is the distance between: what your buyer is trying to solve what your content talks about and what your profile asks them to do next. I work with early-stage B2B SaaS founders on that distance. The focus is: → Positioning the founder around one valuable buyer problem → Writing content around real buying situations—not generic marketing advice → Making the profile clear enough to qualify the right visitors → Creating a natural path from post → profile → conversation The process starts with five questions: → Which buyer are you trying to reach? → What problem is urgent enough for them to spend money on? → What are they currently getting wrong about that problem? → What can you explain better than the average LinkedIn post? → What should the right reader do after seeing your content? From there, the system connects four parts: 1. Buyer positioning 2. Founder-led content 3. Profile conversion 4. Inbound conversation flow The goal is not more random engagement. The goal is for the right buyer to: → Recognise their situation in your content → Understand what you help with → See why your approach is different → Have a clear reason to start a conversation This is built for B2B SaaS founders who: → Have a real product and a defined market → Are still involved in sales → Get attention that rarely becomes qualified conversations → Want less dependence on referrals, paid ads or random cold DMs → Are willing to build a clear point of view in public I use this framework to find where B2B SaaS founders lose buyers between a LinkedIn post and a sales conversation. If that is happening in your profile or content, message me “AUDIT”. I’ll share the first positioning, content or conversion issue I would check. 99% of my followers don't know this about me. I failed at 2 businesses before landing on LinkedIn. But it wasn't because I couldn't do it: - I wasn't interested in one - I didn't believe in the other - I wasn't emotionally invested in either So I quit both. Then I found LinkedIn ghostwriting. Stuck to it. I liked it, committed to it, and eventually found results. For months, nothing was happening. But I kept going. Then it clicked. It changed things for me. Stop quitting so soon. PS: What do you think, was it affiliate marketing?
Harsh client truth: liking your proposal means nothing. >You need the agreement signed >You need the deposit paid >You need a start date fixed >You need him to actually show up after saying yes I closed a client last week. Sent the proposal. He liked it. Said he was ready to start. Next day, he blocked me. No message. No reason. Just gone. Stop believing, I'm interested is a yes. The only real yes is money in your account. PS: Still don't know why he blocked me.
3 weeks ago, I stopped posting and flew to Hyderabad. That trip led to: - Sharper communication - Better writing habits - A break that didn't feel like falling behind Worked with 17 people, different states, different mindsets, for 2 days straight. Here's why it worked: - No phone, just the work - Two days was enough to actually learn - Everyone thought differently The best part, I didn't plan any of it. I just showed up and paid attention. PS: More on what I picked up - soon.
