I build full stack products end to end, covering architecture, implementation, deployment, and the debugging that comes once real users start pushing on the system. Over the past year my focus has shifted toward AI driven systems and the automation they enable for businesses. How I Work I think through architecture before writing a single line of code, because a system that looks fine in a demo and one that holds up under real traffic are two very different things. I care about how a product behaves once people are actually using it: where it breaks, where it slows down, and how it recovers. That same standard carries into how I contribute outside my own projects. I look for places where I can add real value to work built by other people, treating someone else's codebase with the same care I'd give my own, and I've had contributions accepted into established open source projects as a result. It's a different discipline than shipping something you designed from scratch, and it's made me a more careful engineer overall. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀: A real time OPD queue with a waiting room TV, no paper tokens. Automatic revenue split between doctor and clinic. A doctor performance leaderboard. Centralized appointments, patient records, prescriptions, billing, and analytics across every portal. An AI assistant that answers "what's our revenue this month" or "how many appointments did we have today." 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄: A centralized healthcare data layer where doctors, clinics, and patients share the same real time medical record, along with voice dictated prescriptions in Urdu and Roman Urdu, a live OPD queue with a waiting room screen, automatic revenue split ledgers, and AI copilots built for doctors, patients, and clinic admins. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁: Thousands of clinics in Pakistan still run on paper. Even a small reduction in no-shows and billing mistakes adds up. Automating the queue and billing could recover around 10–15% of revenue lost to missed slots and reconciliation errors. For the Pinetree Research / Solari SWE Challenge, I built LifeOps a small end-to-end task agent demonstrating how web data ingestion can be separated from isolated computation.
