One thing I’ve noticed while looking at project roles is how easy it is to get caught up in the title. You see “Project Coordinator” and assume you know what the role involves You see “Project Support” and assume it’s completely different Then you read the actual job description and realise there can be quite a bit of overlap I think this is something that’s easy to miss when you’re trying to figure out where you fit in the project space. Sometimes, you can have the skills for a role without even considering it because the title doesn’t sound like what you were looking for And that’s probably why understanding the work behind the title matters just as much as understanding the title itself For anyone exploring project roles, I hope this makes the next job description you come across a little easier to read. And if you work in projects, I’m curious: have you noticed how differently organisations use these titles?
Canva really knows how to make a long-term customer feel appreciated😌 I’ve been using Canva since around 2020 and I’ve been a subscriber all these while. It has been part of almost everything I’ve built, from presentations and social media content to projects and community work So imagine my surprise when I opened Canva and saw: “You’ve been gifted a 30-day free trial” It genuinely made my day and reminded me why Canva has remained my go-to all these years. Beyond having a product I genuinely enjoy using, they’ve built an experience that makes you want to keep coming back!! That is customer retention done well👌🏾 Shoutout to the Canva team, you’ve got a very loyal customer here😁
I honestly don’t even remember what I was looking for but somehow, I ended up searching my own name on Google and I was actually impressed by what came up Like… oh, so this is what the internet thinks I’ve been doing? It was impressive and slightly interesting all at once lol Anyway, now I’m curious 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞? If you haven’t, go and do it Search your name and see what Google gives you back You might be surprised 😌 And if you do it, come back and tell me what you found!!
