Most founders lose months (and a lot of money) getting their product built. Agencies are slow and expensive. Cheap freelancers disappear or ship code that breaks at the first sign of growth. I run Aurelabs, where I build and launch web products for founders and businesses — end to end. Idea validation, architecture, development, deployment. One person accountable for the whole thing. Recent projects shipped in 3–7 days, not months. What I've shipped: An AI podcast platform — PDF in, generated podcast episode out, built on background jobs to keep it fast despite slow AI generation . A full ecommerce store for a phone accessories brand • A browser-based IDE, built from scratch. A VS Code extension for a client's internal workflow. The Neoworklabs website — after launch, they brought me on as their technical partner for all web development work How I work: Fixed scope, clear timeline, no surprise invoices Clean, maintainable code — built to scale past the MVP, not thrown away after it You get progress updates you can actually understand, not jargon Stack: Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Docker. If you have an idea to launch or a website that isn't pulling its weight: → DM me "PROJECT" and tell me what you're building

It's 7am, I spent the entire night cloning naano[dot]com for the 8x job application. All that's left is to record the loom. While I didn't clone it exactly. I got the core workflow working for the creator side. Now it's upto the good people at 8x, Jaka Bavdek Theo B. I'm counting on you guys.
Apparently, I scammed a client by making $75 in 2 minutes. That wasn't actually the interesting part of my last post. The interesting part was scope. The button was already in the design. The functionality wasn't included in the agreed scope. The client wanted it added. He offered $75. I accepted. Some people seem to think freelancers should charge based on how long their fingers are moving. That's not how expertise works. If you've spent years learning how to solve a problem in 2 minutes, the fact that you can solve it in 2 minutes doesn't make the solution less valuable. You're not just paying for the time. You're paying for the ability to get the result. Time is a measurement. Value is the price. Freelancers: stop apologizing for being good at what you do.
Most SaaS ideas don't need 6 months of development. They need someone who can figure out: → What actually needs to be built → What can be automated → What should be cut → How to get an MVP in users' hands fast I put together a simple checklist I use before starting any SaaS project. Comment MVP and I'll send it over.
