Building AI-enabled GTM systems for B2B teams | Author: The Product Momentum Gap
I'm a strategic product marketing leader with 15 years of experience helping B2B SaaS companies bridge the gap between product adoption and market growth. I'm a category creator and practitioner-leader who specializes in building PMM functions from zero, driving strategic repositioning, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes. I'm known for an "internal consultant" approach: auditing team perceptions, diagnosing gaps, and building high-trust foundations before scaling execution. Most recently, I've created a Marketing AI Operations layer, building networks of interconnected AI agents and automated workflows that turn GTM execution into a system rather than a manual chore. This technical curiosity is a career-long thread for me, from my early days in audio systems design to building my own GTM intelligence product, Forma. I'm also the co-author of The Product Momentum Gap, a framework for aligning product output with genuine customer value.

Happy Monday, everyone! Except to the executives who think EBITDA matters more than the people who built it. Except to the ones who think a chatbot can replace a team's institutional knowledge, judgment, and 15 years of hard-won relationships. Except to the ones announcing "efficiency gains" the same week they cut the people who made the company efficient in the first place. To everyone else, Happy Monday. Remember to stay human 😘
A post a bit out of the ordinary. It hasn’t even been more than a few days since Dolly’s passing, and Republicans have already cut funding to her Imagination Library, a foundation that provides free books to children worldwide. I cannot express the amount of anger this provoked in me. I won’t sit here and preach while I watch the world burn, so I’ve done my part and donated what I could. The world needs more people like Dolly. I hope she turned into glitter, rainbows and butterflies and sprinkles kindness, love and light to those who need it most.
Time to throw your old marketing team structure to the bin 🗑️ Companies spent a decade hiring people to churn out more content, then firing everyone thinking AI would solve that problem. Turns out... what you need is a strong leadership layer underneath it, feeding it the information that creates differentiation and AI GTM motions that are able to move forward with value. Product marketing leadership is the hottest, growing hire in B2B for a reason. Prepare for 2027 (link in comments)
