  • We booked 8 inbound calls in 5 days this month (Sept). And no, we didn't suddenly “go viral” We built a simple LinkedIn system around one goal: For my client it was: Get more coaching conversations on the calendar Here’s exactly what we did 𝟭. 𝗪𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 - Not more followers or likes. - For us, the goal was simple: More qualified people booking calls. So every part of the LinkedIn strategy had to support that. 𝟮. 𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 - We didn't post about the same thing every day. - We created content pillars around:   • Personal struggles   • Wins   • Problems he actually solves   • Testimonials   • Case studies So instead of waking up every morning thinking: “What the hell do I post today?” There was already a system to pull from. For example: If you're a B2B coach helping founders with sales: - Content pillar: Problems you solve - Theme: Why founders struggle to follow up with warm leads Now you have a post that speaks directly to the person experiencing that problem. 𝟯. 𝗪𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 - Posting was only one piece. - We connected with 30 ICP profiles (5 days/week) - We also had a list of people we wanted to engage with - And yes, we engaged with bigger profiles too. Because posting and hoping the right people find you isn't a strategy. You need to be visible where your people already are. 𝟰. 𝗪𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗧𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 - Every post pointed people towards the same next step: Book a coaching conversation. The booking link was in the post description and pinned in the comments. No confusing: “DM me if this resonates.” No five different CTAs. Just one clear path. 𝟱. 𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 - We posted consistently at same posting time. - No: “Oops, I forgot to post today.” - No disappearing for a week because client work got busy. And over time, people started seeing the same name, the same ideas, and the same problems being talked about. And the interesting part? People weren't randomly booking calls. They were reaching out about the exact problems we were talking about in our content. That is the proof that the system is working. And that's how we got 8 inbound calls in 5 days. • We only posted 3 times a week. And still got 13,512 impressions. But most importantly that same month we booked 10 calls on the calendar. Because when you're already serving clients, taking calls, and trying to grow the business LinkedIn can't become another full-time job. The goal wasn't posting more. It was making sure every post had a job. One simple content system I use: Trust → Expertise → Demand 1. Trust - Share stories, experiences, and opinions. - Give people something real to connect with. - Because people buy from people they trust. 2. Expertise - Teach what you know. - Share frameworks, lessons, and useful insights. - This helps people understand: “Okay, this person actually knows their stuff.” 3. Demand - Talk about the problems you solve. - Show what changes after solving them. - Give people a reason to work with you. That's it. For one of our clients, this meant just 12 posts a month. and 3 posts a week. Not posting every single day. And in the last 30 days, those posts generated: 13,512 impressions 3,460 people reached 504 post engagements 50 link engagements 10 booked calls - Some posts make people trust you. - Some show them what you know. - Some make them think about working with you. coz more content isn't the answer, but a better system is. If your LinkedIn strategy is currently: Post → Hope → Repeat Let’s fix that. Book a free discovery call: https://lnkd.in/d8mv7pDs

  • 9 types of LinkedIn posts to create when you don't know what to post. Because posting consistently isn't a strategy. Every post should have a job. Here are 9 you can rotate: 1. Trust posts - Share a story, opinion, or experience. - Give people a reason to connect with you. 2. Expertise posts - Teach something you know. - Show people how you think and solve problems. 3. Problem posts - Talk about the problems your clients are facing. - Make them think: “Yep. That's exactly where I'm stuck.” 4. Belief posts - Challenge something they currently believe. - Replace it with a better way to think. 5. Proof posts - Share client wins, results, lessons, or case studies. - Show that your work actually works. 6. Framework posts - Break down your process. - Give people a simple way to understand your expertise. 7. Behind-the-scenes posts - Show how you work. - The decisions, experiments, and things that don't always make it into the final result. 8. Demand posts - Talk about what you help people achieve. - And what changes when they solve the problem. 9. Conversation posts - Share an observation or opinion. - Give people something they actually want to respond to. Now ofc, you don't need to create all 9 every week. Just STOP making every post do the same thing. - Because some posts build trust. - Some prove expertise. - Some create demand. - And some start conversations. That's how I would think about content. Not: What should I post today? But: What does my business need this post to do? Want help turning LinkedIn into a system that actually supports your business?
