I am building a platform that upskills 1 million knowledge workers in its first 12 months. The Catalyst for Change Growing the Sustainable Design Network into a 200,000-strong global community taught me how professionals mobilize when given the right tools and a clear mandate. We successfully reshaped the conversation around the built environment. Now, I am redirecting that community-building and educational expertise toward the next great structural shift: Artificial Intelligence. The Core Belief Technology is only as powerful as the people wielding it. Right now, the greatest unmet need in the modern economy is human fluency in AI. Knowledge workers are navigating the most profound transformation since the dawn of the internet. Without targeted, practical training, the gap between cutting-edge capability and daily operational reality will only widen. My focus is entirely on equipping professionals with the practical, high-leverage skills required to excel in this new era.
