About fatula waluyo

AI Product Manager | Agentic AI & Automation | n8n | 0-to-1 Product Delivery | DWP-Partnered AI Training

I am a Technical Product Lead and Systems Designer specializing in taking complex 0-to-1 ideas from initial wireframes all the way to live production launches. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy and automated architecture, I design user-focused ecosystems that eliminate operational bottlenecks and scale seamlessly. My approach to building relies on modern, high-speed orchestration. Rather than getting bogged down in traditional syntax from scratch, I leverage powerful visual development, database, and automation tools—specifically n8n, Lovable, and Supabase, to radically compress development lifecycles and deliver functional software at elite speeds. My background pairs a deep, precision-oriented eye for design and user experience with technical systems architecture. This allows me to act as a natural translator between cross-functional teams, transforming loose business requirements into strict, high-performing digital features.Core Specialisms:0-to-1 Product Delivery: Managing the full lifecycle from wireframing and database schema design to live application store deployments.Agentic AI & Automation: Designing robust, native-feeling automation templates and data orchestration pipelines using n8n to sync complex external APIs.Technical Leadership & Training: Leading agile delivery frameworks and designing educational technical programs, including DWP-partnered AI training initiatives.Whether architecting a unified AI workspace command center (VodaOS) or launching a computer-vision nutrition scanner (Lady Lidah AI), I focus on building tools that drive real-world value, security, and exceptional user engagement.📬 Let’s connect to discuss AI automation, rapid prototyping, or product strategy.

  • If you use Claude regularly, you’ve probably seen the message: “You’ve reached your usage limit.” But sometimes the problem isn't how much AI we're using. It's how we're using it. Long prompts. Huge files. Repeating the same context. Using the most powerful model for every little task. Keeping one conversation alive forever. All of that can make your AI workflow unnecessarily expensive and inefficient. So I put together 9 simple habits to help you get more from Claude without burning through your usage too quickly. The biggest ones? Plan before you build. Ask Claude to ask you questions before starting. Edit instead of resending. Start a fresh chat when the context becomes too heavy. Use the right model for the job. Use Projects instead of repeatedly uploading the same files. Turn off tools you don't actually need. 📅 Batch your work instead of doing everything in one session. But there's a bigger lesson here. AI literacy isn't just knowing how to prompt. It's knowing how to manage context, cost, models, workflows and information. That's the difference between using AI and designing an AI workflow. And as AI becomes part of everyday work, I think the people who understand that difference will have a real advantage. Don't just ask AI to work harder. Learn how to work smarter with AI. Save this for the next time Claude tells you you've hit the limit. What is the AI habit that saves you the most time or usage? #ClaudeAI #AI #GenerativeAI #AIProductManagement #ProductManagement #AITools #PromptEngineering #AIWorkflow #FutureOfWork #Productivity

  • Lately, it feels like society evaluates people as if we are just computers with feelings expected to deliver instant output, endless efficiency, and flawless processing speed. When we measure ourselves by those metrics, it’s easy to feel like AI is "winning." But that entire comparison misses the point of what makes us human. We aren't optimized code; we are complex, relational beings. We need time to influence — Trust, authority, and genuine influence aren't generated by an algorithm overnight; they are built through consistent, shared human experiences. We need time to find clarity — Real breakthroughs often come from sitting with ambiguity, reflecting, and navigating the messy middle, not from instantaneous data retrieval. We thrive on deep understanding — Empathy isn't just processing context clues; it's reading the room, sensing unspoken dynamics, and truly connecting with another person's situation. We are driven by love and connection — Machines process data, but humans care about the outcome, the culture, and the people behind the work. AI will take over repetitive tasks, data synthesis, and rapid execution and that’s a good thing. But it will never replace the irreplaceable: the quiet, slow, and deeply human elements that turn work into meaningful outcomes. We aren't machines, and we shouldn't try to compete with them on their terms. Let AI handle the speed so we can double down on what actually makes us human. #FutureOfWork #Leadership #HumanTouch #ArtificialIntelligence #WorkCulture

  • AI can help us make better decisions but only if we ask better questions. One thing I love about AI is its ability to help us look at a problem from multiple perspectives. But in Product and Project Management, the challenge isn't always a lack of information. Sometimes it's knowing which lens to use. 🔄 OODA Loop — when speed and adaptation matter 🧭 Cynefin — when the situation is complex or uncertain 🔗 Chainlink / Weakest Link — when one part of the system may be limiting everything else 🔍 Five Whys — when we need to move beyond symptoms ➡️ Feedforward — when the goal is improving what happens next And this is where I see a powerful opportunity for AI. Imagine giving an AI assistant the right context and asking it: “Analyse this problem through these five different decision-making frameworks. What am I missing? What assumptions should I challenge? What trade-offs should I consider?” Now AI isn't simply giving us an answer. It's helping us expand the way we think. The human contribution isn't about competing with AI's processing speed. It's about bringing the things that give decisions meaning: Context. Relationships. Experience. Values. Accountability. The future I want to build isn't humans vs AI. It's humans thinking better with AI. Because the most valuable AI systems won't just help us do more. They'll help us understand more, question better, and make better-informed decisions. AI gives us leverage. Good judgement gives that leverage direction. What decision-making framework would you add to an AI-assisted workflow? #AI #AIProductManagement #ArtificialIntelligence #ProductManagement #ProjectManagement #DecisionMaking #AIAutomation #ResponsibleAI #SystemsThinking #FutureOfWork
