I build fullstack products end to end, from database schema through shipped UI, using React, Vue, Node.js, and Go. I care about shipping things that work under real load and keep working, not just in a demo. Some of what that's looked like recently: - Built and deployed an end-to-end voting platform processing real payments via Flutterwave, on a Vue/Pinia frontend and a Go/Hono backend. - Built a real-time scanner (sekreets) across 25+ AI providers that finds exposed API keys in public repos, built for responsible disclosure. - 9 merged fixes to the Vercel AI SDK (~21.6M weekly downloads), plus patches to Hono and Exa. Real bugs, filed with reproductions and root causes. - Currently at Savantlink, owning full modules (purchase orders, stock audits, transfers, suppliers) on an internal business platform, UI through live API. I'm based in Lagos, Nigeria, and I work well solo or embedded in a team. I've done both. If you're hiring for fullstack/frontend work, or want to talk through an architecture problem, my inbox is open.

Last week, I officially signed out as a student of Federal University Oye-Ekiti It's a strange feeling because for years, graduation felt like a distant milestone. Now it's behind me, and I'm left thinking less about the finish line and more about everything the journey taught me. University gave me more than a degree. It taught me how to keep going when things didn't go according to plan, how to learn independently, how to solve problems, and how to stay curious even when the answers weren't obvious. Outside the classroom, I found myself increasingly drawn to software engineering. I've spent countless hours building, experimenting, breaking things, fixing them, and learning from every mistake. Every project has reinforced one thing: I genuinely enjoy building products that solve real problems. The road ahead is still long, and I know this is only the beginning. There is still so much to learn, so many ideas to build, and many opportunities I'm looking forward to. I'm grateful to my lecturers, coursemates, friends, and family who made this journey memorable in one way or another. Thank you for every lesson, conversation, encouragement, and challenge. Here's to the next chapter 🥂 #Graduation #SoftwareEngineering #ComputerScience #OpenToWork #Learning #Tech
A few weeks ago, I stood in front of a panel to defend a system I had spent months building. Honestly, getting the system to work was only half the challenge. “Retrieval-Augmented Multi-Agent System for Dynamic AI-Powered Debate” was my final year project. The goal of the research was to combine Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG) with multi-agent AI debate to make the AI-generated arguments more evidence-based, balanced, and reliable. What if instead of asking one AI model a question and accepting its answer, we gave two AI agents opposing positions, allowing them to retrieve evidence, argue against each other, and then a third AI judge evaluate the debate? So that's what I built. There are three agents: 🎙️ Proposition 🛡️ Opposition ⚖️ Judge The proposition and opposition agents argue in multiple rounds, searching for evidence from documents provided to the system. The judge evaluates their arguments for logic, evidence quality, structure, and effectiveness. But building the app had its share of problems. At one point, the arguments were being cut short because of token limitations. Another time, I had to find a client-side state persistence bug. And there were moments when I had to step back and ask myself “Is this actually going to work the way I designed it?” Eventually it did work. I ran six debates covering legal reasoning, code authorship analysis, and portfolio assessment. Here are the results: ✅ 100% completion rate 🎯 85% retrieval accuracy 🔗 85% grounding of evidence 🧠 7.6/10 average argument coherence ⚡ 20 seconds average response time after optimisation. One of the most surprising things was not the numbers. It was watching the agents respond to each other. As the debate progressed, their arguments became more coherent and connected to what their opponent said. It didn’t feel like two independent responses at once but rather like a structured debate. And then came the defence. I had to explain the problem, justify my architecture, defend my technology choices, walk through the implementation, explain the evaluation, and most importantly, answer questions about my choices. Building something and defending why you built it turned out to be two different skills. The project taught me a lot more about RAG, multi-agent systems, and vector databases; the defence also taught me how to think critically about my own decisions. I'm proud of what I built, but even more grateful for what I learned from the process. Final year project defended ✅️🤝 Now on to the next chapter 🚀⚡️ Now to you, what would you build for your final year project if you had the freedom to play around with AI? #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #LLM #RAG #MultiAgentSystems #AIEngineering #SoftwareEngineering #MachineLearning #ComputerScience #FinalYearProject #ProjectDefence #Tech #DeveloperJourney #FUOYE #FederalUniversityOyeEkiti
Rebuilt my personal portfolio from scratch using HTML, CSS, JS from React 👀 Became a contributor to Vercel AI SDK, built some cool stuffs like shotdev and many more to come. All of it, one page: habibthadev.tech I'm job hunting also, so you can refer me for roles at your organisation if there's any opening.
