Website Maintenance & Security for Clinics | Keeping Your Website Secure, Functional, & Ready for Patient Bookings | Free Website Health Audit
𝐀 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬. Patients were seeing a red warning instead of a booking page. The owner thought the website was fine. It was online. It looked normal. Nothing seemed broken. But attackers had already found their way in. And that's the scary part about website problems. Your website can look perfectly fine while something is quietly going wrong underneath. If you're running a clinic, you probably don't have time to check your website every day. You're busy caring for patients, managing staff, and running the business. So it's easy to assume everything is fine until: ⚠️ A patient can't book an appointment ⚠️ Google warns visitors that your website is dangerous ⚠️ Important patient information is put at risk And by then, fixing the problem can cost much more than preventing it. For a clinic, it's not only about losing the website. You know its about the patients trust, your reputation, your bookings, and potentially sensitive information. I don't want to wait until something breaks before taking care of your website. I'm Jamiu, founder of DigitiseGrowth. I help clinics maintain, secure, and improve their WordPress websites so they remain reliable, functional, and ready to support their business. Here's some of the work I've done: 🔹 Private clinic: The website was hacked and flagged by Google as dangerous. I helped recover and rebuild the website, addressed the infection and security issues, worked through the Google cleanup process, and now provide ongoing maintenance and security support. 🔹 5-star hotel: Their website had been online for years but eventually became inaccessible after hosting expired. I recovered the old website, rebuilt it with online booking, and they later hired me again for another website. Today, I help clinic owners take care of the website problems they may not have the time or technical knowledge to manage themselves. Here's what I can help with: ✔ Security & malware monitoring ✔ Website, plugin & theme updates ✔ Backups & recovery ✔ Forms & booking functions ✔ SEO & Google visibility ✔ Mobile experience & broken pages My goal is not just to keep your website online. It's to help keep it working properly, reduce avoidable problems, and make sure it continues to serve your business. Are you a clinic owner or manager who is not sure how healthy your website really is? Send me AUDIT. I will record a free video showing you what I find. Jamiu D. Website Maintenance Specialist

It’s been a while since I’ve completed my Certificate at Linkedin Learning, but I wanted to share this update with everyone.
Your website can be slow even when your hosting is good. Why? Because, hosting is only a small part of what could be dragging your website down. On a recent website redesign I did for a real estate brand, I was wondering how a website developer could upload 12mb JPEG images. Not just one or two... but hundreds of massive images, heavy videos, and bloated elements. 😡 For this kind of website, the owner easily thought it's their hosting problem until we found what was actually disturbing the website. Too many heavy files. So, before you conclude hosting is what is slowing down your website… Consider that hosting isn't the only factor. Your website can slow down because of: ⚠️ Unoptimized, heavy images ⚠️ Too many plugins (especially the ones you forgot you installed) ⚠️ Poorly optimized code ⚠️ Bloated themes packed with features you don't use ⚠️ Heavy external scripts ⚠️ Cluttered, uncleaned databases ⚠️ Server misconfigurations Before migrating or buying another hosting plan, audit the actual website issues and know what's really going wrong… Always audit your site first to find the real problem before switching hosts. To help you get ready for next month, I’m offering 10 free website audit. 🆘️ If your website feels sluggish and you’re not sure what’s dragging it down, drop your website link in my DMs, and I will help you spot the exact issues slowing you down, plus how to fix them absolutely for FREE. As a web developer or SEO expert, is there anything slowing down a website that I forgot to mention? Drop them in the comments and let's learn together… I am Jamiu Dhikrullahi, the founder of DigitiseGrowth, a website redesign and maintenance specialist, helping businesses manage, redesign and improve website user experience for conversion. #websiteperformance #pagespeed #webhosting #websitedowntime #digitisegrowth #smallbusinesswebsites
Before you touch that broken website, stop. The first thing you need is not another plugin. You spent a lot of money getting your website live. But somehow, you let it break. Should I judge you? 🤭 Okay... Let me say, I understand. You might be busy. Before you handle staff, bookings, marketing, customer service and everything else happening in your head... How would you even remember that your website is there? 🤔 It happens. And you don't need to handle everything yourself. Let me give you a gist. When your website breaks down, don't immediately start changing things. First, determine: ⚠️ What broke? ⚠️ When did it break? ⚠️ What changed before it broke? ⚠️ Is it a plugin, theme, hosting or code issue? ⚠️ Is there a backup? ⚠️ When was the last backup? ⚠️ Could fixing one thing break something else? Because randomly changing things can turn a small problem into a bigger one. ➖ Website auditing comes before intervention. Find out what is actually wrong. Then fix it. Not the other way around. In the next few days, I will be picking random websites to audit. If your website is currently broken, outdated or acting strangely, send me the link. I will ll tell you what I do check first. Also, if you know a business owner who might need this, kindly repost this to them. 🔁 I am Jamiu Dhikrullahi, founder of DigitiseGrowth, a WordPress website redesign and maintenance specialist based in Nigeria.
