Most organizations are approaching AI the wrong way. They focus on tools. The real challenge is leadership. Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how companies operate, compete, and create value. Yet many organizations still treat AI as a technology initiative rather than a business transformation. The companies that will win in the AI era will not necessarily have the best models. They will have leaders who know how to transform strategy, operations, culture, and decision-making. That is where I focus. I help CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Boards, and investors turn AI from experimentation into measurable business outcomes. Over the past 25+ years, I have led technology and transformation initiatives across Europe, Asia, and North America, including executive leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz in Germany, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan. As Global Head IT Infrastructure for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and European Sales Units, I lead the technology foundation supporting more than 120,000 users across 80+ countries and a business footprint exceeding €60 billion. My work focuses on: ▪ AI Strategy & Enterprise Transformation ▪ AI Governance & Operating Models ▪ AI Agents & Automation ▪ Cloud & Digital Infrastructure ▪ Executive Leadership & AI Education ▪ Technology Strategy & Innovation Beyond my corporate role, I am Founder of Digital Storm AI, one of the world's largest AI executive communities, reaching more than 600,000 executives and over 1.5 million followers globally. Through Dr. Storm Advisory and Digital Storm AI, I work with leading technology companies, startups, investors, and enterprise organizations to accelerate AI adoption, executive visibility, and business growth. Services include: ▪ AI Advisory & Executive Education ▪ Sponsored LinkedIn Campaigns ▪ AI Newsletter Sponsorships ▪ Executive LinkedIn Account Management ▪ CEO & Founder Personal Branding ▪ Executive Podcast Interviews ▪ Keynotes, Moderation & Speaking Engagements My mission is simple: Help leaders understand what AI means for their business and turn technological disruption into competitive advantage. • >> I’ve been to a lot of tech conferences. Dreamforce 2026 feels different. Salesforce is trying to redefine the interface. Being here live in San Francisco, the biggest shift I saw wasn’t another AI feature. It was Salesforce moving from software you open to intelligence that meets you where work already happens. AIforce brings trusted enterprise data, workflows and business logic into interfaces like Claude, Slack and Lightning. Siemens showed what that can mean in practice, from generating pipeline with agents to compressing supplier onboarding from days to hours. And the room reflected how strategic this has become. Marc Benioff was joined by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei and Siemens CEO Roland Busch, with Sam Altman also on the Dreamforce agenda. Gwen Stefani and USHER headline Dreamfest. That mix says a lot. Enterprise software, frontier AI, industrial AI and culture are converging around one question: "How do we move from AI experiments to AI running real work?" My biggest impression: the agentic enterprise is no longer being pitched as a side project. Salesforce is rebuilding the interface around it. Are companies ready to redesign how work actually gets done? --- ♻️ Repost to share with your network ➕ Follow me https://lnkd.in/gjUQk7HF for cutting-edge AI insights Join 600,000+ professionals using AI to stay ahead: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eFNvmcYa #Dreamforce #Salesforce #AgenticAI #EnterpriseAI #DigitalTransformation

  • The most revealing result on this AI leaderboard is not who ranks first. It is where the winner still struggles: correcting itself. GPT-6-astra improved across all six TRACES capabilities. But Repair, the ability to identify and correct errors after feedback, showed the smallest gain. That matters far beyond benchmarking. Enterprise AI agents will not operate in perfect conditions. Data will conflict. Tools will fail. Context will change. Assumptions will be wrong. In those moments, the real question is not whether an agent can produce a convincing answer. It is whether it can recognize that its reasoning has broken, recover and continue without losing the objective. That is what makes TRACES interesting. It evaluates not only the result, but how the system reached it across Tools, Repair, Alternatives, Coherence, Evidence and Scope. For leaders deploying agentic AI, this distinction is critical. Outcome scores tell us what worked once. Process scores help reveal whether a system can be trusted to work reliably at scale. The next generation of AI benchmarks should not only measure intelligence. They should expose where trust breaks. Explore the live TRACES leaderboard: https://lnkd.in/eM7R6aak

  • >> AI agents have a last-mile problem. They can reason brilliantly. Then a PDF shows up. I keep seeing the same pattern: companies build agents that can research, decide and trigger actions, but the workflow still ends with a human copying data into a form, generating a PDF or chasing a signature. That is where “agentic” quietly becomes manual again. If I were building an AI agent for insurance onboarding, I would not ask engineering to reinvent that document layer. I’d usean Anvil Anvil positioning itself as the document layer for AI agents: APIs for filling and generating PDFs, collecting e-signatures and turning document-heavy workflows into something software can actually finish. The interesting part is its new MCP. An agent can connect to Anvil, map a schema to fields in a document and act on those documents directly. Its API also received an A+ rating from Supergood. That sounds like infrastructure, not another “AI document tool.” Stripe became infrastructure for payments. Twilio did it for communications. Agents need the same idea for paperwork. The best AI agent isn’t the one that thinks the longest. It’s the one that completes the job. Where does your AI workflow still hand the work back to a human? #AnvilPartner #AgenticAI #AIAgents #MCP #ProductManagement
