AI Engineer @CVS | Generative AI | LLM Fine Tuning | RAG Pipelines | LangChain | Azure ML | AWS | Healthcare AI
I got into AI because hard problems don't scare me they motivate me. Four years in, that hasn't changed. Most of my time is spent on the part nobody talks about enough: making models reliable outside a notebook. Getting something to work in evaluation is the easy part. Getting it to hold up under real traffic, stay HIPAA -compliant, handle edge cases, and not hallucinate when it matters that's the actual job. Right now I'm at CVS Health building multi-agent GenAI systems for clinical and operational teams. Before that, Liberty Mutual deploying ML models at scale on AWS. Before that, Accenture NLP across multiple client workstreams simultaneously, all while finishing my MS in Computer Science at Kent State (3.93 GPA). A few things I'm proud of: Improved retrieval efficiency by 30% after rearchitecting RAG pipelines with Pinecone and FAISS Cut model deployment cycle times by 40% by restructuring Azure ML pipelines Brought inference latency down 25% using vLLM on NVIDIA A100/H100 GPUs Reduced model training time by 28% through architectural and tuning improvements at Accenture My stack: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Azure ML, AWS, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Pinecone, FAISS, PySpark, Databricks. If you're building something serious in AI, let's talk. Rishik Pendurthi +1 234-296-2935 [email removed]

🚀 Building the Future with AI & Generative AI Over the past few years, I've been fortunate to work across Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, T5), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, transforming cutting-edge AI research into production-ready enterprise solutions. A key lesson I've learned: Successful AI systems are not just about model accuracy—they require robust data pipelines, effective prompt engineering, observability, continuous evaluation, and scalable deployment strategies. From developing agentic AI workflows and semantic search solutions to deploying enterprise-grade ML systems on AWS and Azure, the focus has always been on creating AI that delivers measurable business value while remaining reliable, scalable, and responsible. 🔹 AI/ML Engineering 🔹 Generative AI & LLMs 🔹 RAG Architectures 🔹 LangChain & Agentic Workflows 🔹 MLOps & LLMOps 🔹 Cloud AI (AWS & Azure) Always interested in discussing AI innovation, enterprise GenAI adoption, and emerging trends in intelligent systems. 📧 Email: [email protected] 📱 Phone: +1234-296-2935 #AI #MachineLearning #GenerativeAI #LLM #RAG #LangChain #DeepLearning #MLOps #LLMOps #ArtificialIntelligence #DataScience #CloudComputing #Python
🔍 Why Most RAG Systems Fail in Production (And How to Fix Them) Hi, I'm Rishik Pendurthi — an AI/ML Engineer who has built and deployed RAG systems across multiple enterprise clients on AWS & Azure. Working with GPT, LLaMA, T5, and production-grade RAG pipelines, I've seen the same mistakes repeated over and over. The #1 mistake? Teams treat RAG as just "plug in a vector DB and call it a day." It's not. Not even close. Here's what actually breaks RAG in production: ❌ Chunking strategy is wrong — too large, too small, or ignoring document structure entirely ❌ Retrieval quality is never evaluated — teams measure LLM output but never what's being retrieved ❌ No re-ranking layer — the top-k results aren't always the most relevant results ❌ Context window is wasted — irrelevant chunks dilute the answer quality ❌ No observability — when it fails, nobody knows why ✅ What I've found actually works: → Semantic + keyword hybrid search → Metadata filtering before vector search → Re-rankers (Cohere, cross-encoders) → Continuous retrieval evaluation (RAGAS, TruLens) → Tracing every query end-to-end RAG is not a feature. It's an engineering discipline. I'm always open to discussing AI innovation and enterprise GenAI challenges — feel free to reach out at Email: [email protected] Phone: +1 234-296-2935 What's the hardest RAG challenge you've faced in production? 🤖 What if AI could do more than answer questions? Today’s AI is evolving from chatbots to intelligent systems that can reason, retrieve knowledge, make decisions, and automate workflows. Working across LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Deep Learning, and MLOps, I've seen firsthand how the combination of powerful models and strong engineering can transform business challenges into scalable AI solutions. My favorite realization? The future belongs to AI systems that don't just generate content—they generate outcomes. From fine-tuning LLMs and building semantic search engines to deploying enterprise-scale AI on cloud platforms, every project reinforces one belief: 🚀 We're not just teaching machines to understand language—we're teaching them to create value. 📧 [email protected] 📱 +1234-296-2935 #AI #MachineLearning #GenerativeAI #LLM #AgenticAI #RAG #DeepLearning #MLOps #LLMOps #ArtificialIntelligence #DataScience #CloudComputing #Python #Innovation #FutureOfAI #TechCareers #OpenToConnect 🚀
