I help companies define what to build next and turn complex Product opportunities into clear strategies, experiments and products. Today, I combine Product Strategy advisory with hands-on product building: • Through Julie Colin Advisory, I help leadership and Product teams address strategic growth challenges. I recently redefined Solocal’s B2B Product strategy and am currently shaping SantéVet’s strategy for new B2C services within its app. • In parallel, I am building Close The Loop, an AI agent that accelerates participant recruitment for user research. From a team’s research hypotheses, Loop identifies relevant users and prospects in the CRM, manages personalised outreach and follow-ups, and schedules interviews. Previously, I spent 15+ years building and scaling B2B and B2C products across marketplaces, e-commerce, media and hospitality. As Head of Product at ManoMano, I helped grow B2B from 3% to more than 20% of the business, generated €14M in additional annual value and launched the company’s first B2B and B2C mobile apps. I later served as CPO at HomeExchange, leading Product and Design while remaining hands-on on critical initiatives. I work best at the intersection of Product strategy, customer insight, business growth and execution ; zooming out to set direction and zooming in to turn hypotheses into products. Open to senior individual-contributor and selected Product leadership opportunities.

Back from Web Summit in Lisbon, and my brain is still buzzing⚡️ Some talks inspired me more than others. Listening to Cristiano Amon (Qualcomm), Timothy Young (Jasper) and Sarah Franklin (Lattice) left me with one clear takeaway: 👉 AI isn’t here to replace us. It’s here to force us to redesign everything around us so work and experiences become more human 🤝 A few moments that really stuck with me: 1️⃣ AI-native devices & the “ecosystem of you” 📱🕶️ From smartphones running large models on-device to Android XR smart glasses, cars and robots, the future is agent-centric, not app-centric. Your devices, wearables, and car become one continuous “ecosystem of you”, where agents understand your context and act on your behalf. 2️⃣ Networks designed for intelligence, not just speed 🌐⚙️ 5G was about moving data. 6G will be about connecting AI – using edge data (the most relevant data we generate every day) to power real-time decisions, from face recognition at scale to industrial autonomy. Pre-commercial 6G devices are already being talked about for around 2028. 3️⃣ From campaigns to autonomous flows 🔁🤖 In marketing and go-to-market, we’re moving away from “agency mode” and manual execution toward always-on, automated flows. AI agents take over repetition so humans can focus on insight, creativity, and relationships. 4️⃣ Your data layer is your moat 🧱📊 For all of this to work, a clean, connected data layer is crucial. That’s what makes agents genuinely useful rather than just shiny demos. 5️⃣ Rethinking org charts around agents 🧩👥 AI agents are becoming part of the organization itself. Roles in marketing, ops, product and engineering are being redefined so humans do the deeply human work, and agents handle the rest. 👉 All of this is not just a tech shift; it’s a business model shift and a huge opportunity for a new generation of SaaS and products built agent-first and AI-native 🚀 I left Lisbon inspired to push further on these questions: 💭 Where do we create real value for people? How can an agent amplify that? #WebSummit #AI #SaaS #Product #Marketing #FutureOfWork
