About Justyna Waciega

Hey, I'm Justyna 👋🏻 - I help B2B founders and SaaS brands become the go-to choice through content and lead gen strategy. So when your buyer is ready to invest, you're top of their mind. If this sounds like you, you're not alone: → You want to grow a personal brand that gets you clients but aren’t sure what to talk about, what works or don't have enough free time on your hands to get it done. → You aren’t booking calls from DMs or your content → You're leading with gut feeling + yolo vibes (been there too) rather than strategy and solid data. I’ve helped my clients: → Grow a SaaS CEO’s LinkedIn from 5K → 30K+ followers in 2 years. She landed 20+ conference invites in 2025, while we positioned Woodpecker as a go-to cold email tool → Increase impressions by 95%, engagement by 110% for a B2B founder within 3 months → Land a well-known automotive company for my SaaS client. They said they reached out to him specifically after seeing his LinkedIn content. → Hit 10.5% positive reply rates and 85% open rates through multichannel outreach → Generate 6 sales opportunities within 2 weeks of launching a new GTM campaign → Increase landing page conversions by 360%+ and ad CTR by 200%+ through clearer, conversion-focused copy → Improve existing outbound campaigns, leading to a 30% higher open rate and a 5% higher reply rate → Get 4 team members actively building their personal brands through employee advocacy workshops → Create one clear story across LinkedIn, websites, cold emails and DMs - so everything sounds like one brand, not 7 different marketing teams I offer: → Done-with-you 1:1 Linkedin coaching (book 2-5 sales calls per week) → Done-for-you LinkedIn content (I write, you approve) for founders, employees and B2B brands, who're sick of being boring → Marketing and GTM strategy Ready to invest? → book a discovery call (link in featured section). For brand partnerships and collaborations please email me at: [email removed] Bit about me: multilingual 🇵🇱🇬🇧🇩🇪, 28 countries checked off 🌏, love lifting 💪🏻 and always looking for the best coffee spot ☕️.

  • After 7 months of posting, I hit 5k followers 👀. Without posting selfies... Without posting everyday. Without trying to go viral. Without sharing my deepest traumas. Without sending salesy DMs. Without commenting 30x a day. And without hating my life (most days, at least 😅). I know some people here have 10k, 20k or even 100k+ followers. But 7 months ago, I had 500 followers and no idea what I was doing. And when I realised that 5k people is roughly the same as 10 full Airbus A380s ✈️ (fun fact: I'm obsessed with planes and travel), it hit me even more. Here’s how I grew by 10x in 7 months: For the first 3 months, I posted just 2x a week. Then I moved to 3-4 posts a week once I felt more comfortable. My main focus? Educational content. Posts that help people learn something they can actually use in their B2B SaaS business or personal brand. No posting just for the sake of it. No forcing myself to follow every LinkedIn guru's advice. Just sharing what I've learned, what works, what doesn’t and giving the blueprint of how to actually do it. You can grow on here without hating your life, I promise 😂. This is something Maria Ledentsova always says and it's so true ❤️ Just do what works for you. If you love posting daily, go for it. If you enjoy sharing selfies, post them. If you want to talk about your personal life, do that too. Don't force yourself to do things you hate just because someone says that's how you grow. Find a way to show up that you actually enjoy and can stick to. Because what's the point of growing an audience if you hate every minute of getting there? Thanks so much to every single one of you who found my content decent enough to follow along for more 🫶🏻 I want to keep sharing things that genuinely help you, so tell me what you’d like me to cover more: B2B content, copywriting, positioning, personal branding, lead gen through cold outreach and DM, or something else? Drop your ideas in the comments 👇🏻

  • 7 months ago I got fired from my marketing job. Today, I’m running my biz from a pool on the other side of the world. After 2 weeks in Bali I can confirm it's definitely worth the hype. Yes, there are a lot of influencers and wanna-be millionaires with questionable values 🫠 but... there's also so many amazing ambitious people at every co-work and coffee spot building something + super open to network. I literally grabbed brunch with the LinkedIn queen herself Maddy Faulkner last week and it was fab (let's do it again!). So if you're in Canggu and wanna co-work, grab a coffee or watch the sunset, message me, I'd love to hang out 😎.

  • Your LinkedIn content is giving your ICP absolutely zero reasons to care. And posting another product update ain't gonna fix it. Yet most B2B company page content if overflowing with: → New features → Product updates → Company milestones → Why their product is the best After spending 6 years managing company and SaaS CEO's LinkedIn accounts, here's what I'd talk about instead: If you sell cold email software, talk about why cold emails get ignored. If you sell a CRM, talk about why sales teams lose deals. If you sell customer feedback software, talk about why companies collect feedback and do nothing with it. The difference is you're talking about problems your ICP already cares about and is living day-to-day. Give your ICP a reason to trust you before you tell them what to buy and why. That's how you write B2B content that drives pipeline. ----------------------- If you're struggling with making your B2B content speak to your ICP, build trust and brand awareness, DM me, let's fix it 😎
