Partnerships and speaking: [email removed] I moved to Australia at 26 with a finance career that didn’t transfer. By 38, I’d rebuilt my career twice: first in data, then as a full-time creator. Today I create content about data, AI and careers for a community of 320,000+ people across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and my newsletter. I started as an auditor at KPMG and at 24 became Head of FP&A for Marks & Spencer and Gap in Ukraine. Then I moved to Australia, discovered coding, and completely changed my career. I went on to work as a data analyst, data scientist and analytics leader across industries, from banking and telecommunications to AI startups. I’ve built predictive models, recommendation engines and conversational AI systems, and I’ve led analytics teams. I’ve also started over in a new industry, a new country and a new business, which is why I talk about reinvention as much as technology. What I do now: For my community: practical content on SQL, Python, Power BI, AI tools and career moves for analysts, career changers and anyone working out where they fit as AI reshapes their job. My goal is to teach 500,000 people data analytics. For tech and AI brands: sponsored content and educational campaigns that make complex products easy to understand and worth sharing. I’ve partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, DataCamp, Coursera, Gamma, DataCamp and many more. Beyond tech: the honest side of career pivots, building a creator business from scratch and doing it as a mum. I believe you can have it all, just not all at the same time. Ukrainian-born, Australian, based in Abu Dhabi. If you’re planning your next career move, trying to make sense of AI at work, or building a product that deserves more attention, let’s connect. You can learn Python for $0. You can learn SQL for $0. You can learn Data Science for $0. You can learn AI Engineering for $0. But only for ONE WEEK. From November 2–8, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟳𝟬𝟬+ DataCamp courses, career tracks, and certifications are 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘. No credit card required. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 https://lnkd.in/dzqcqdNf I’ve worked in data for years, and one thing I’ve learned is that you don’t need to know every tool to build a successful career. You need to get really good at a few. I've used DataCamp myself to sharpen my skills in Python, I keep recommending them for their hands-on learning approach. If I were starting over today, I’d focus on SQL, Python, and one visualization tool. That’s what I like about DataCamp. You 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻, work through exercises, and apply what you’re learning instead of just watching someone else do it. I just gave Employee of the Month to someone who doesn’t even have a salary. His name is Viktor. He’s an AI employee, and he saves me 8 hours of work every week. But that’s not actually why he got the award. Viktor works inside Slack or Microsoft Teams, connects to the tools you already use, and takes responsibility for ongoing work. I gave him two roles: Content Performance Analyst, analysing my content every week against historical results, and Researcher, bringing me the data and AI stories worth covering. His performance review: ✓ 32 hours saved this month, around 5 hours a week on research and 3 on content analysis. That’s almost a full working week back. ✓ The result that won him the award. His weekly breakdown showed that short videos explaining the surprising stories behind everyday technology were reaching people well beyond my existing followers. I tested it with a Reel about Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and it became my best-performing trial Reel on Instagram, with 23,000 views. He still proposes and I approve, so every important action waits for my yes. For months we’ve talked about learning how to use AI. I think the next skill is learning how to manage it: how to delegate, set expectations, evaluate results and give feedback. And apparently, I now have to figure out how to organise an Employee of the Month award for someone who lives in Slack. If you want to hire your own AI employee, meet viktor.com You can start free.
