I've always been more interested in how businesses grow than how they look online. SRCC gave me the base: commerce, decision-making, long-term thinking. Advertising came after. It clicked because the underlying question is the same: why do people choose what they choose? Ogilvy. Dentsu. Asian Paints, Cadbury, Voltas, Brookfield, Max Hospitals. Watching large brands plan and spend taught me something early: the ones building real things were usually the least flashy about it. I run Buzzing now. Founders, real estate brands, D2C businesses. People who want clarity on what their marketing is actually doing, not a glossy deck every month. We do the planning, the funnels, the execution. Revenue is the metric. Not reach. I'm not interested in hacks. They don't compound. What does: knowing your customer, tracking your numbers, showing up even when it's boring. If that sounds like marketing you can build on, let's talk.

I sell advertising for a living. So read this with the appropriate suspicion. Most estate agents I speak to should pause their ads for two weeks before spending another pound. Not because ads do not work. Because ads are a multiplier, and a multiplier does not care what it is multiplying. Whatever your process currently does with a lead, ads simply make it happen more often. Good process, more deals. Broken process, more waste, faster. Run the numbers on your own account. Two thousand a month, four hundred enquiries, six in ten never getting a proper reply. That is twelve hundred pounds spent buying conversations nobody was ever going to have. At that point you are not buying leads. You are buying more chances to lose them. Four things to fix first. Reply time under an hour, every hour. One qualifying question, asked every single time. A follow-up sequence that survives past touch two. One place where every lead is tracked. None of that costs money. All of it costs attention. Then turn the ads back on and watch the same budget behave like a completely different budget. Comment AUDIT and I will send you the four point checklist.
Enquire on one of your own listings tonight at 7pm, and by tomorrow morning you will know exactly where your agency is losing deals. Here is the five step test. 1. Send the enquiry at 7pm Use a friend's number. Write like a real buyer would, short and slightly vague. 2. Start a timer Do not check your phone. Just note when the first reply arrives, if it arrives. 3. Score the reply Did it come within the hour? Did it use your name? Did it offer a next step, or just acknowledge you? 4. Call your own office the next morning Ask about the same property as a buyer. Count how long it takes to get to someone who can book a viewing. 5. Wait three days See whether anyone follows up without being chased. Most agencies I test score a D. Not because the people are bad. Because nobody has ever run the test. Here is what changes if you do. You find one gap, usually the evening one, and you close it in an afternoon. The same enquiries you are already paying for start turning into viewings. No new budget, no new portal, no new hire. Here is what happens if you do not. Next month looks exactly like last month. Same spend, same enquiry count, same quiet Fridays, and the buyer who went silent on you at 7pm on a Tuesday viewed with someone else on the Saturday. The gap between those two months is one evening of your attention. Run the test tonight and comment your grade. I will tell you which fix to make first.
