Growth-oriented Marketing Leader with proven expertise in Go-to-Market strategies and closing sales for B2C/B2B SaaS in Telecom/IoT, Finance, HR, and BPM domains. I built a marketing function around revenue generation, established processes and KPIs, aligned marketing with sales, and managed cross-functional teams across product, sales, technical, and marketing functions. In my most recent role, I increased ARR by 340% in a startup environment by hiring teams, refining ICP focus, and aligning GTM execution with commercial priorities. I led repositioning and translated complex products into clear, differentiated market value. ❕Key markets: Tier 1, Tier 3 My approach is simple: to focus on strategic vision and business development, delivering measurable business impact while strengthening long-term customer relationships. Main competencies: 1. GTM Strategy - For example, I run comprehensive product messaging and an in-depth ICP validation that doubled our win rate within six months. Success metrics include: product-market fit reach. 2. Marketing&Sales - aligning product positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and demand generation with key markets. Success metrics include growth in MQL-to-SQL% conversion and Account Engagement Score (AES), Pipeline Contribution, Lead to customer CR. 3. Demand Generation & Performance Growth- running multi-channel campaigns: ABM, SEO, and Paid Ads. Success metrics: organic traffic-to-conversion rate, CAC, Retention, and marketing-influenced pipeline. 4. Sales enablement - developing sales enablement frameworks, pricing, and sales processes from scratch to close a deal. Success metrics include: pipeline Account quality growth, average deal value, pipeline velocity, win rate - SQL to won contracts. ARPA. 5. Leadership & Work with key stakeholders. Creating tight alignment between marketing, product, technical, and sales to unlock scalable growth. Reporting to CEO. My professional path spans diverse industries: *Mobius Software - B2C/B2B, CPaaS Telecom / IoT (2 years) - leading B2C/B2B platform marketing and GTM execution on a global scale (EMEA, US, Canada). *Inbase, Smart Business IT - B2B/B2C SaaS (4 years) - driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and sales-assisted motion in product-led environments. *Smartgroup - B2C E-commerce & Distribution (3.5 years) - video content creation, multi-channel growth, customer acquisition, and analytics performance. In my last interview, the leadership question was: How do you track and measure the performance effectiveness of your team? (Right after it came the one I honestly hate: “Have you ever fired someone?”) The first one is fair, and it’s the one that matters. So I told them how I approach it: I set it up in one simple tool, Grade, in its Performance module. Today I’d like to show you how I set it up, using a sample screenshot. The numbers are sample data, but the structure is how I’d actually use it. 📍 What I looked at in the Objective view: 1️⃣ Goals with a number attached: → Book 15 calls through ABM. → Publish 5 thought-leadership posts on LinkedIn → Increase MQL-to-SQL conversion to 30%. 2️⃣ Every objective is tagged by level (Company, Department, or Individual) and has a date. So a goal like “reduce cost per MQL” always has a clear owner and deadline. 3️⃣ Progress and status on every line, with a last-updated date. Off Track is red, so you see it before the meeting, not during it. 👏 What felt genuinely useful: you can manage a big team in one place and set quantitative performance metrics. You also see where the strengths and weak spots are, and how they affect the whole process and the business priorities. ⛔ What felt unfinished: I couldn’t find templates for OKR score sheets. They would save a lot of time and keep the data filled in correctly, with the required fields in place. Right now, that setup is on you. 👏 Whom I think it’s for: marketing managers and founders who need alignment between marketing, sales goals, and financial results. ⛔ Who it’s probably not for: small companies where only a few new leads enter the pipeline each month, and where finances are simple enough that a spreadsheet still covers them. One more honest caveat: the progress bar only moves if someone updates it. How do you make sure your team’s goals are measurable, not just well-worded? 🇺🇲 / ENTJ: The Assertive Leader. Confident, strategic, always three steps ahead. That's the theory. My inner introvert thinks differently. So do my inbox, my to-do list, and the seventeen tabs open on my laptop. In practice? Some days I want to take a back seat, disappear into the background, and just stay in calm mode. But here's what I know for sure: I tend to lead by example — if the team needs to learn something new, like AI, I learn it myself first, then walk them through it. One line from the description stuck with me: "You may prioritize logic and consistency..." — funny, considering most of my energy goes into keeping the chaos around me under control, not stirring it up. So what am I supposed to do with that? Nothing, really. Just keep doing what I do best and let the results speak. 👇 Curious — did your test result actually match how you show up at work, or was it a total plot twist?
Level 2 — mid-sized business → Marketing Director + Analyst + channel specialists: SEO / PPC / Email / Paid Social + Marketing Operations.
