Your DACH growth brain, without hiring a full-time German market team.
Most European companies don’t fail in Germany because their product is bad. They fail because their message doesn’t survive a risk-averse, low-context market. I help brands translate complex business models (AI, data, premium, sustainability, industrial tech) into clear, credible and buyable propositions for German-speaking markets. I don’t “write copy”. I work on what blocks the decision: – unspoken trust objections – cultural mismatches (French/Latin persuasion vs German decision logic) – vague or probabilistic claims that trigger rejection – SEO traffic that looks good but doesn’t convert My work sits at the intersection of: – market entry & go-to-market strategy – trust & messaging architecture – conversion-safe SEO for DACH Typical situations I’m brought into: – “Germany shows interest but doesn’t convert” – “Our product is strong but hard to explain” – “SEO brings traffic, not buyers” – “We need to sound German without losing our brand” I work with scaling European brands that want clarity over volume, and credibility over hype.

Last week I wrote that AI is getting dangerously good at sounding German. The comments made it even scarier. Someone pointed out that the real problem isn't AI. It's context-free localization. Humans have produced "correct but weird" translations for decades. AI just does it faster. At scale. For everyone. Someone else said most people can no longer tell the difference. Here's the thing. Your German buyer might not be able to tell it's AI. But they can feel it. They'll read your landing page and think: "...hmm." They won't tell you why. They won't write back. They'll just leave. And in your dashboard, it will look like this: bounce rate up, demo requests flat, CPC "too high in Germany." Right now, your competitors are publishing German pages at the speed of AI. Hundreds of them. All technically correct. All sounding exactly the same. In 12 months, the German market will be flooded with this. And the companies that win won't be the ones with more content. They'll be the ones whose content still feels like it was written for a German buyer. That window is open now. It won't stay open. So here's the question for every CMO launching in DACH: Who on your team can read your German page and say "No. A German buyer won't trust this. Here's why." before you spend the budget? If the answer is nobody, you're not saving money with AI. You're just losing buyers faster. That's what I do. Your team writes, with or without AI. I review what matters before it goes live. Direct access. Monthly strategy call. No agency. No new hire. Because "sounds German" and "works in Germany" are two very different things. And the gap between them is getting more expensive every month. CMOs expanding into DACH: DM me "DACH
