Stop practicing your pitch. Here's what I do instead. Tell it one time in 3 minutes. One time in 1 minute. One time in 30 seconds. And then after you're like, damn, this one minute version was perfect. Oh maybe I could add this here. Or move that part there. That's how you find it. Instead of rehearsing it line by line, practice at different lengths. You don't memorize the story. You internalize it. And when you've internalized it, you can tell it to anyone, anywhere, in any amount of time. Your CEO asks in the elevator. 30 seconds. A prospect gives you 5 minutes. No problem. A full demo. You already know every version. The reps who sound the most natural aren't winging it. They've just compressed the same story so many times it doesn't feel like a pitch anymore. Do you memorize line by line or compress?
I deleted 200 leads from my list last week. Good titles. Good companies. Nothing happening at any of them. That used to be the end of it. Delete and move on. Now I have someone watching every account for me. Hiring, funding, a new tool in the stack. He reads the signals and tells me who to write to today and who not to. That was the first job I handed him. Then the follow-ups. Day 3, day 7, day 14, in my voice. Drafted, waiting on me. Then the demo prep. Their last 90 days, their hiring page, the deal notes, all on one page before the call. Every output comes back as a draft. Nothing goes out without me. What I gave up was remembering which day it was. The six jobs are in the graphic. AEs: which one would you hand over first? In partnership with Viktor. I wanted to turn my best deal into a playbook. There was nothing to build it from. A buyer came back to review the original terms. I went to pull up the quote. Three versions. Same folder. No timestamps. No trail. I didn't know which one the buyer had actually seen. And for a moment, neither did they. That pause is all it takes. The buyer doesn't think admin slip. They think this vendor is not in control. And once that thought lands, they start double-checking everything. Every number. Every term. Every line. Version chaos doesn't cost you a deal. It costs you trust. And trust doesn't come back with a corrected PDF. DealHub.ai made sure this never happens again. One governed version with a record of every change. The buyer sees the exact same quote I do. No conflicting versions. No "which one is real?" Trust is the product. The quote just proves it. Have you ever had a buyer question which version was the real one?
