7 figures' worth of pipeline from cold outreach for one client. 5K to 35K LinkedIn followers for another. 👋🏻 I'm Monika. I build outbound systems and LinkedIn personal brands. Outbound systems I've built: - Beautiful Destinations ($32M ARR): 7 figures in pipeline - Redbrain: ~4 leads a week, after we went deep on their ICP first - Palico: 6 to 15 replies a week from week 2, still running 20 months later - Novel: outbound became their main acquisition channel, 5 to 8 leads a day - Gale (YC W25): 130+ positive replies, ~100 qualified opportunities, 36% positive reply rate - UX Pilot ($5M ARR): pure product-led until we ran outbound, first positive replies they'd ever had Personal brands I've grown: → my own profile past 10K followers, twice → ghostwrote for 15+ people at ColdIQ ($7M ARR), founders included → Margaret, CEO at Woodpecker, from 5K to 35K in less thank 2 years. She got invited to 20+ conferences in 2025. → UX Pilot ($5M ARR), Expandi ($10M ARR), Bouncer & more How I got here: I started at Woodpecker, a cold email tool, surrounded by people who sent cold email for a living. Then I started posting on LinkedIn on the side. My second post did 80K impressions and got me a podcast invite. After that, prospects knew my name before I introduced myself, and sales got easier. Then ColdIQ, where I ran content for the whole team and ran collaborations with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, lemlist, and Prospeo. 80% of ColdIQ's inbound came from LinkedIn, and 2 senior hires came in through my profile. ✍🏻 If you know something worth hearing, or you've built something worth seeing, message me. Outside of work: traveling with a camera, sports, and hunting down good coffee.

I just crossed 13,000 followers. Without going viral. Without adding selfies. Without posting every day. Without engagement pods. Without hooks I stole from a swipe file. Without a personal brand strategy deck. Because the only things you have to do to grow here are: 1) Say something you believe from your own experience 2) Say it clearly enough that people save it 3) Do it every week without stopping There is no "algorithm hack" for it. However, it would be impossible without the team behind me: - Claude - chief of staff The ideas are always mine. I use it to polish the copy and as a sparring partner. - Claude skills - special ops My voice rules, formatting, and guardrails saved once, applied to every draft. - Wispr Flow - voice input I talk, it types. Faster than writing while thinking. - Granola - meeting notetaker I go back through my calls to see what people asked and what I answered. Every question I get asked is a post idea. - Notion - head of knowledge Home of my brainstorming, messy thoughts, and notes. I plan every post and visual brief here. - Slack - head of comms Daily comms with the team and clients. Connected to Claude via MCP so it learns from the messages and spots post ideas. - Pinterest - head of inspiration Where I look for design references. - me 🙋🏼♀️ - ceo Still the one who has to have the opinion. Anyone else I should hire? 👀
What works for a $10M company will kill your startup. And what works for a startup stops working somewhere past $1M. I've seen founders pour 3 months into paid ads before they'd had one repeatable conversation with a buyer. And $5M companies still running all of their pipeline off the founder's personal brand. Every channel below works. Your stage decides which one pays. Here's what drives pipeline at each one. 👇🏻 Under $1M ARR → DMs and comments. Engage for two weeks before you send a DM. → LinkedIn content. Your buyers are already there and it costs nothing. → Founder brand. Your face builds trust faster than a logo nobody knows. → Warm outbound. Investors, advisors, ex-colleagues, anyone who owes you a reply. You have no budget or brand recognition. But you have relationships and your story. At this stage, you are the GTM motion. tools: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Notion, Loom, Calendly $1M - $10M ARR → LinkedIn. Now with a team amplifying, not just you. → Warm outbound. Referrals, mutuals, event follow-ups. → Small events and webinars. 20 right people beat 200 random ones. → Intent-based outbound. Job changes, hiring, tech installs, website intent, product launches. You have data, patterns and wins to reference. Time your outreach off signals instead of static lists. Good timing reads as helpful. Bad timing reads as spam. tools: Clay, Prospeo, Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, Notion, Zoom $10M+ ARR → SEO. Traffic you pay for once. → Conferences. Brand and pipeline in one motion. → Partnerships. Borrow trust from brands your buyers already use. → Paid ads. You can finally afford to test, lose, and scale the winner. The channels that were too slow at $1M are the ones that compound here. tools: Clay, HubSpot, Semrush, Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads / Reddit Ads / Meta ads, 6sense or Demandbase, Crossbeam, Common Room by Zoom The most expensive mistake I see is copying an enterprise playbook before product-market fit. The second is staying scrappy long after you could afford systems. Your stage decides your channels.
I see a lot of AI landscape maps that start & end in San Francisco. Here are 15 companies they leave off. All founded by Poles. They run sales, support, marketing, PR and healthcare for companies worldwide. - Prowly runs the whole PR workflow - GetResponse turns email into revenue - Tidio answers customers before they wait - ElevenLabs gives software a human voice - Bouncer keeps bad addresses off your list - ZYNT delivers buying signals, done for you - Infermedica triages patients with medical AI - Zowie resolves customer service on autopilot - Woodpecker.co lands cold emails in the inbox - LiveChat puts a conversation on every website - viktor.com is an AI coworker that does the work - Brand24 tracks what the internet says about you - Survicate captures feedback at every touchpoint - Manago AI engages ecommerce customers end-to-end - Positive User (ex-User.com) orchestrates the full customer journey A few of these are unicorns. Several are publicly traded. Which one did you use without knowing it was Polish?
