About Nadia Privalikhina

I help founders who want to use Claude to actually run their business | hands-on automation coaching, no jargon

I've taught 1000s of people to use AI and automation through YouTube, workshops, and live cohorts. Not theory - actual working automations they use the next day. That came from 3 years of building automation systems for 20+ businesses. I know what works in the real world, and I teach from that. Now I'm building the AI operating system for my own educator-consultant business, and teaching others to do the same. How we can work together: → AI Operating System - live group setup sessions or 1 on 1 coaching → Team workshops - for creator teams, managers & AI operators → Academy & platform sessions - I teach n8n and Claude at external programs → Fractional automation support - ongoing AI consulting and build-out Who this is for: creators, consultants, and marketing teams ready to stop running ops manually. How to get started (choose what works best for you): - YouTube tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/@nadiaaiinsiders - Message me to discuss a workshop or project - Book a free 30-min Intro Call to get to know each other

  • Yesterday I ran an AI workshop for a marketing team: 20+ women (and one man 🙂). And you know what nobody asked about? Fable 5. Harnesses. Self-improving AI agents. What fancy thing to build next. They brought their real work instead: localization, design, campaigns, summarizing Slack messages and creating tickets. So that's what we worked on. I walked them through the levels of using AI, from simple chat, to automations, to a shared company AI brain with the right context and skills. And they made their first steps right the same day in that room. This is my favorite kind of teaching. Real people, real tasks, real progress. Last year I was preparing my first company workshop and worried about every slide. Yesterday I just enjoyed the room and switched the focus to helping the people in it and making them feel safe to experiment and celebrate their learnings. Grateful for days like this and for teams like that. Thanks to smaXtec for inviting me. Graz, you were a nice little trip💛

  • All I had was their email. 47 seconds later I knew their headcount, revenue, and that they'd just hired their first sales person. That wasn't always the case. My intake form asks for a website. I even built an automation to scrape it when someone books. What comes back in most cases: their industry. If someone leaves a LinkedIn link and I'm lucky, a company size range. I could tell if they qualify, but I was still going into calls not really knowing what's going on with them. Are they growing? Struggling? Do they have budget, funding, investor pressure? Now I take the form responses, drop them into Claude, and ask it for details. Lusha comes back with their actual numbers: revenue range, headcount, what they do. And the signals - what's actually going on at the company right now. That's the part my website scraper never gave me. One more prompt and it's all in my CRM. (The part I quietly love, as an introvert: I don't have to interrogate a stranger about their revenue and headcount anymore. I already know. So I can actually focus on them.) The whole setup takes about two minutes: → Install the Lusha plugin from Claude's directory. It comes with a set of skills. → Want company details — size, revenue, signals? Just ask Claude to check with Lusha. → Connect your CRM, connect Lusha, and start chatting in Claude. And it works the other way too. Search for new leads based on signals, not just enrich the ones you already have. Plugin, skill, and Lusha website in the first comment. Works in Claude Chat, Cowork, and Claude Code. #lushapartner

  • Most women I teach aren't behind on AI. They just never had it explained in a way made for them. They operate real businesses, and they're smart. But they've sat in enough rooms where everyone already knew the terms, where asking what an API is, or how to install something, felt like admitting they didn't belong. So they stopped asking. They just never had a room where they could ask without being looked down on. That's what I love about my private one on one work with female founders. There, nothing is too basic to ask. I spent years as a developer, usually the only woman in the room. Which is why I said yes to this. This Wednesday I'm speaking at Her Frontier Summit, a free online event where women share what they usually build in private. In 20 minutes I'll show the foundation of running a solo business on Claude, and how to get started. The story of AI is being written right now, mostly by men. This is a room full of women writing their own version. Free and online, July 23. The event opens at 12 ET (18 CET), my talk is at 12:40 ET (18:40 CET). Come sit in 💜 https://lnkd.in/dGDmQTzy P.S. if you operate a business and quietly feel behind on what's actually possible with AI now, you're exactly who this is for.
