Hi, I'm Neha. I've helped B2B SaaS companies replace 60-day hiring cycles with 10-day ones since 2024. As of today, The Cognitive has run 20,000+ AI interviews for engineering, healthcare, fintech, BPO, and staffing teams across the US, UK, and Canada. Now my clients consistently hire 10-45 people per month at $5-8 per interview (vs $60-80 in engineer time). 7 recent client outcomes: 1) Prospire interviewed 1,000 candidates to AI shortlisted 15 and hired 10 in weeks (not months) 2) Series B SaaS in Austin hired 18 engineers in 11 weeks. Time-to-hire: 38 day to 9 days, Offer acceptance: 62% to 91% 3) Seed-stage SF startup built a 9-person eng team in 6 weeks. Spent $2,400 vs $90K in agency fees. 4) UK staffing agency scaled from 200 to 1,400 interviews/month with the same 8 recruiters. 5) London fintech cut compliance hiring 52 days to 18 days. Zero regretted hires in 22 positions (vs 3 of 14 before) 6) Toronto healthcare staffing filled 45 nursing roles in 30 days across 3 provinces. 7) Phoenix BPO went from 35 to 120 hires/month. What clients say: 〽️ "We had 1,000 applicants and no way to fairly evaluate them. The AI interviewed every single one. Out of 15 it shortlisted, we hired 10." - Prospire, A Lead Gen Agency 〽️ "Our engineers were spending more time interviewing than coding. Now they watch a 2-minute clip and decide. We shipped our launch on time because of this." - Series B SaaS, Austin 〽️ "We set this up Monday, posted jobs Tuesday, had 3 offers out by Friday. At our stage, that speed is the difference between shipping and dying." - Seed SaaS, SF 〽️ "In regulated hiring, consistency isn't optional. When the FCA asks how we evaluate hires, we show them the AI scorecard. That conversation used to terrify us." - Fintech, London Close 5-10+ Hires every week using AI Interviews Try AI interview: https://thecognitive.io/try-interview or Book a call to see a live AI interview: https://calendly.com/cgmeet/30min

Recruiting has a weird problem with two letters: AI. Take those two letters away and suddenly everyone is comfortable. ATS auto-rejects candidates? Fine. Knockout questions? Fine. Automated screening rules? Fine. Template rejection emails? Fine. Auto-scheduling? Fine. Assessments scored by software? Been doing it for years. Nobody runs into the room screaming: “WHERE IS THE HUMAN TOUCH?” But now let software actually understand an answer, ask a follow-up and have a conversation... “Absolutely not. AI is dehumanizing.” That's the part I find funny. We were comfortable giving software permission to reject people. We only got uncomfortable when software learned how to talk to them. And there is another irony. In startup land, it's the exact opposite. Add a chatbot to something. Put “AI-powered” on the homepage. Suddenly investors lean forward. In recruitment? You can automate half the candidate journey quietly. Just don't call it AI. Because apparently: Automation = acceptable. AI = scary.
CLAUDE FABLE 5.1 + COGNITIVE MCP = RECRUITING INSIDE CLAUDE. Here’s the workflow: - Connect Cognitive MCP - Give Claude 1 role - Ask for 20 competitor companies - Find candidates doing the same job - Take 1 great profile → Find Similar Best trick: Don’t ask Claude: “Find me good candidates.” Ask: “Find people at competitors already doing 80%+ of this role.” Much better starting pool. Claude handles the conversation. Cognitive MCP handles the candidate search. Comment “MCP” and I’ll send you the app link.
100+ CANDIDATES FOR A ROLE. I DON’T WANT 100 or even 10 I want 3 people the Hiring Manager actually wants to meet. Now multiply that by 10 roles. That’s the Fable recruiting challenge: 10 roles → 30 serious candidates. Not: 10 roles → 2,000 resumes 10 roles → 600 LinkedIn profiles 10 roles → 150 “maybes” Just 30 people worth putting on calendars. The workflow: → Search the market → Find passive candidates → Get their contact details → Reach them → Screen the interested ones → Keep only the evidence-backed shortlist And while one role is moving? The other 9 keep moving too. That’s the part I think recruiting software has gotten wrong. They optimize individual tasks. Recruiters get paid for filled roles. I built the complete 10 Roles → 30 Candidates Fable system. Comment “FABLE” and I’ll send it.
