About Nikita Raj Raikwar

Content Marketing Manager with 11+ years of experience helping B2B / B2C brands build their content engine 0→10 in 90 days!

Most people know me as a content marketer. In reality, I spend my time solving content problems. That could mean developing a content strategy, managing editorial operations, ghostwriting for founders, building a brand voice, improving SEO performance, or creating AI-powered workflows that help marketing teams move faster without compromising quality. Over the last 11+ years, I've: • Written 2,000+ published pieces across B2B SaaS, home interiors, retail, automotive, real estate, edtech, sustainability, and more. • Built content strategies, editorial calendars, and messaging frameworks for startups, agencies, and established brands. • Managed end-to-end content operations, from research and stakeholder interviews to publishing and performance reviews. • Worked with founders, marketers, designers, developers, and SEO teams to bring ideas to life. AI is part of how I work. I use AI to improve workflows, not replace thinking. That includes: • Building AI-powered outreach systems with human approval workflows. • Creating custom Gemini editors to maintain brand voice, EEAT, and editorial consistency. • Using Lovable to prototype websites and landing pages. • Exploring + Building AI agents and automations with AntiGravity, VS Code, and Python. • Leveraging ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to accelerate research, ideation, and first drafts. I work across • Content Marketing • Content Strategy • Editorial Operations • LinkedIn Ghostwriting • Copywriting • Brand Messaging • SEO Content • AI Workflows for Marketing Teams I'm available for project-based, freelance, contract, fractional, part-time, and full-time opportunities. Always happy to connect with founders, marketers, agencies, and teams building interesting things. • I've started using AI for my writing in a way I never did before. I usually start by figuring out what's meaty enough to be part of the draft. Most likely, I’ll go well beyond the recommended word count. And then I sit around figuring out what doesn't belong. For someone who works on content at scale, AI can be an amazeballs editor if you truly know what to ask. I start by asking AI to flag and highlight areas that may be repetitive, phrases that sound similar, or paragraphs that simply explain the same thing over and over again. Then I find ways to either cut, consolidate, trim, or sometimes even move a paragraph to a section where it fits better. But that's just one part of it. I also use AI to flag whether there's enough E-E-A-T in the piece, where I'm making claims without enough evidence, whether something sounds too jargon-heavy, too AI-ish or too polished. I even ask it to tell me if the piece is starting to sound too retail or generic when it should feel more editorial. Most of the time, AI can correctly flag these in my drafts. This reduces my editing churn by at least 40% and helps me create a much deeper, less repetitive, more editorial piece than what I started with. What's one way you use AI in your writing?

  • Hello, founders. I’m working on an MVP for an up and coming creative studio, and I want to validate whether this is actually a problem worth solving. The idea is simple: What if you could have a dedicated team handling your content, design, and video, without the cost and commitment of building an in-house team? And instead of managing everything across WhatsApp, emails, spreadsheets, multiple project management tools, and folders, you could simply: Send a brief → Track the work → Review → Receive your deliverables All through one internal portal. The bigger question is whether founders actually want this kind of setup / subscription model. So, if this sounds like something you’d consider using, I’d really appreciate you taking 5 minutes to answer a few questions. • I wrote an essay for everyone who has ever opened up about their problems only to receive: “Everything happens for a reason.” Thank you, philosopher. I’ll be sure to put that on my fridge while my life burns down. New essay ↓ https://lnkd.in/dZ-eQUWF
