(scaling Earleads from $1M → $10M ARR in public) If you’re reading this, you probably looked into AI SDRs or cold emailing agencies but something felt off "where's the human touch here?..." i feel you, what we do is completely different. At Earleads we build and manage AI native go to market systems for B2B companies. AI native means we've designed them to maximize both human taste and machine's efficiency. You get best of both worlds without losing credibility in your market. What we do is dead simple: 1) We get your ICP attention with social engineering content 2) We monitor all signals shown by your ICP to engage with them when it makes sense 3) We use targeted ADS to drive more qualified traffic toward your offers We've worked with over 40 B2B companies helping them generate over $15 million in pipeline. We've booked over 1,500 qualified conversations and drove > 20,000 free trials accounts to our clients. If you want to learn more about our systems, DM me. And if you want to follow the crazy road to $10M in ARR, i am documenting the back end of the journey on a weekly newsletter here: https://taap.it/YlAB6v

So this is the craziest way i booked a call this year. I reached out to a dream prospect and he answered with a challenge to earn his time: I won it in 60 seconds. But i initially panicked a bit to be fair. Mostly because i couldn't read him. Did he want to watch me fail or did he genuinely want me to pull it off? He wanted me to find his email and his CRO's phone number. Both had opted out of most data providers so pretty hard to find their contact data. On top of that he wanted me to find 5 owners of commercial HVAC and plumbing companies with their emails/mobiles. Those owners are his ICP and he's convinced nobody can find their contacts either. Little did he know no one is unreachable in 2026 with the right tools. So i opened Claude and typed one sentence sharing the guy’s Linkedin URL. “Find his email and his mobile. Then for the CRO of the same company. Then 5 owners of commercial HVAC and plumbing companies in NYC with their emails and mobiles.” 60 seconds later: 1) His email and his mobile both verified 2) The CRO at the same company with email and mobile 3) 5 owners of HVAC and plumbing companies with emails and mobiles I earned my 15 minutes :). This only worked because I connected FullEnrich MCP to Claude weeks ago. Now I just ask in plain English and Claude runs the enrichment. Wish me luck i am talking to the guy next week, i hope i won’t get hit with another live challenge this time… #FullEnrichPartner
I launched Yalc.ai as an alternative to Clay when nobody knew who i was. I still managed to get 1,120 leads in 30 days by doing one thing. Positioning it against a product that already exists in my ICP's consciousness. This is the cheapest GTM move a nobody founder has and it's still the best marketing decision i've made. Nobody has a slot in their head for your product when you launch. So they go looking for the closest thing they already understand and file you right next to it when you pitch yourself to them. If you don't hand them that anchor they’ll just end up inventing one (usually the wrong one). Clay was already in every GTM mouth. People knew the credits, the pricing tiers, the hours of table building. So "alternative to Clay to run your GTM inside of claude code" did the explaining for me before i said a single word about what Yalc actually does. I did 2 other things that definitely helped: 1) Made the first version open source and free to use 2) Built in public with a 30 days clock over my head Every day i posted an update on where the build was. People followed along to see if i'd actually pull it off and it gave me a feedback loop on the product while i was still making it. By day 30 i had 1,120 leads synced in my CRM. And before you wanna type “a post like is not a lead”, my 1120 leads were people who voiced they wanted to get an access to the product. All of that came from picking a sentence people could repeat without me in the room and then giving them 30 days of reasons to repeat it :) Oh, and btw all of that bootstrapped.
A startup paid $12M for a domain to sell AI-generated ads. Its homepage today says: "100% real / no AI." Let’s talk about Icon: They initially launched as "the world's first AI Admaker." Founders Fund money, OpenAI execs, a reported $12M for the domain with a pretty direct pitch: AI generates the ads, the human creator disappears. Today homepage says “The Human Admaker”… I'm not throwing stones. I'll actually applaud the pragmatism as going all in on an idea and knowing when it isn't delivering is rarer than it should be. Even if you could’ve reached the same conclusion for less than $12M ;). What this tells us is the first wave of AI products sold a clean story. Point the model at a job a human used to do, remove the human, keep the output. Unfortunately for a lot of use cases it just doesn’t work and might never do. The tech isn't the problem. Most valuable work simply isn't the deterministic part. Coding, structured data, anything with a clear right answer, AI eats that. But delivering a sales/marketing outcome using only AI? Different game. That’s the territory of taste and judgment. The correction happening right now is the market repricing what AI is actually good at. And all these companies are gonna re introduce humans in the loop where taste lives and points AI at everything around it. Icon spent a year and a lot of money learning that the expensive way. Their new homepage is the more honest version of the same business. I guess 90% of their internal systems are AI native. They just kept humans for the last mile ;)
