$5-10M in new pipeline a month comes from 10 stages - and the one everyone skips is the cheapest to fix. I mapped the full GTM engineering pipeline we run for Series A and B firms. 10 stages, one connected system. The part that does the real work isn't the one everyone obsesses over - It's the boring layer in the middle. → ICP + intent: who's ready to buy right now, not just who fits the profile → AI research: Claude Code and Exa Deepline pull the "why now" for every account. → Target + intent: model the ICP and TAM, then catch who's ready now with intent signals Kwanzoo - Signal-based Pipeline Growth | Signals Hub | White Label AI GTM Tech for Agencies & Apps, Trigify.io) → Personalization + sending: only after the three steps above are real. Use claude cowork to personalize at scale. → Clean data layer (the core step): waterfall enrichment across 10+ providers (Prospeo, QuickEnrich), verify every email (MillionVerifier), map the buying committee before anyone gets touched → Send: inboxes warmed (ScaledMail), then AI-personalized email + LinkedIn sequences (Instantly.ai, HeyReach, EmailBison) → Sync with CRM & routing - have all the records and data sync back with Attio CRM when prospects reply or there are touch points that are meaningful. Have notifications sent on Slack to sales reps Skip the data layer and you're personalizing garbage at scale. Faster, but still garbage. Everyone fixates on the sending tool. That's the last 10%. Enrichment and research are what actually move pipeline. It's also the step marked "core" in the system - the one built to add $5-10M in pipeline a month. Which stage does your team skip most, and what did it cost you?
List building is one of the most important activities when it comes to outbound. If you get lead list building right you are basically solving more than 60% of your problems related to reply rates on outbound. People struggle with building even basic lead lists. There's an art to it on how you smartly create a people + company list. In this video I have done a walkthrough on Ρrοѕреο (because prospeo’s filters are the most comprehensive I have seen in the market now 🙂 ) I create a bigger funnel🗼and then I start excluding all of the people who I feel are irrelevant. For that I usually have an ICP document prepared with all the keywords that I need to put in people's job titles and all the keywords that I need to put in the company description. 5 Steps to Building a Precision Lead List Job Titles & Personas (Inclusions vs. Exclusions) Add your primary targets, then audit 5–6 pages (checking both the beginning and the end of the list) to catch irrelevant roles. Matching Logic: Use "Contains" over "Exact" to capture non-standard titles, but aggressive title exclusions to remove irrelevant matches. Department & Seniority Alignment Filter out entry-level, intern, or individual contributor roles to stick strictly to decision-makers or key influencers. Pro Tip: Verify departmental tags manually for key accounts, as database auto-categorizations can occasionally misplace roles. Import accounts via CSV Import specific target accounts directly via CSV/domain lists to run search criteria across a pre-vetted company list instead of relying purely on database . SEO Keyword Filtering (Filter out False Positives) Software providers or recruiters often list industry terms on their websites for SEO purposes, leading them to show up incorrectly as target prospects. Solution: Apply negative keyword filters (e.g., exclude "software", "advertising", "lead generation") to clear out vendors serving the industry rather than actual players in it. Headcount vs. Revenue Sizing Cross-reference Employee Headcount alongside Revenue Ranges to catch accounts where traditional headcount metrics don't reflect actual company size. Rely heavily on Keyword Intent alongside industry categories to keep the funnel focused on target accounts. Like if you find this video interesting Repost if you want more such videos
For the first time, we got an inbound from youtube.... For 2 years we've posted on LinkedIn twice a week - images, videos, carousels, on a strict cadence. Youtube wasnt a big push from our end at GTM Walnut. We had half-neglected because they took too long to make compared to a LinkedIn post. A carousel takes less than hour. A decent YouTube video used to take half a day - scripting, filming, editing, thumbnails. LinkedIn was the platform we could sustain at scale, so it got the volume, and YouTube got whatever was left over. Tools like Tella Descript Remotion have made video creation and editing super easy now. Editing, scripting, even a first-pass thumbnail - all of it collapses from a day to an hour. The bigger insight is what happens when both platforms run at the same intensity. LinkedIn drives the daily visibility. YouTube builds the deeper, searchable trust that a scrolling feed can't. Someone finds you on LinkedIn, then goes and watches three YouTube videos before they ever book a call - or the reverse. Each platform makes the other one convert better. For anyone building a product or service in public: the constraint on YouTube was never the audience. It was production time. That constraint is mostly gone now.
