About

Founder @ TractionMint

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) in Aerospace applications, I am an enthusiastic and inquisitive learner currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal. With a solid foundation in core mechanical engineering principles, I continuously strive to push boundaries by integrating interdisciplinary domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Control Systems into real-world applications in aerospace and robotics. My recent work focuses on accelerating Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) through PINN-based modeling and GPU parallelization. During my internship at CSIR–NAL, I developed a CUDA-based CFD solver for compressible hypersonic flows on unstructured grids, optimizing computation using GPU architecture. This experience deepened my understanding of HPC frameworks, parallel programming, and the intersection of AI and CFD for next-generation aerospace simulation. Over the years, I have cultivated hands-on experience in Aerospace Engineering through internships at prestigious institutions like IIT Madras, where I worked on actuator disk modeling and Blade Element Momentum Theory under the mentorship of Prof. Ranjith Mohan. My projects included airfoil simulations using XFOIL, ANSYS Fluent, and OpenFOAM, exploring lift, drag, pressure distribution, and boundary layer behavior. My interest in CFD is further reflected in personal projects involving comparative flow simulations over different geometries, as well as benchmarking simulation data with research literature. I am currently working toward publishing this study to contribute to the broader CFD community. Parallel to CFD and aerospace, I have ventured into autonomous systems and path planning, leveraging Machine Learning to design intelligent UAV navigation strategies. During a Machine Learning internship at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, I explored object detection and autonomous decision-making, laying the groundwork for real-time UAV collision avoidance. This work extended to practical implementation using CoppeliaSim with the Python Remote API for multi-agent UAV control. Recently, as the Chair of IEEE NITK SIGHT, I have been channeling my leadership and technical skills to inspire innovation through socially impactful engineering projects. I am also developing a student-focused platform called Aspiraa, which helps students craft research-ready resumes, SOPs, and LORs using a custom-built chatbot.

POV: You found the perfect Rakhi gift for your sister in under 10 minutes. 😂🪢 Every Rakhi, the biggest question is: “What do I even gift my sister?” This year, I didn't want the usual chocolates, flowers or another random gift that she'll forget about in a week. Then I opened Blinkit. 👀 And found the Nu Republic Epic X4 “Best Sis” earbuds. The second I saw that little green case saying BEST SIS… Decision made. 😂💚 Ordered it. Got it delivered. Added it to the Rakhi setup. Done. 🪢 And honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect. Because having a sister is basically: “Don't touch my stuff.” “Give me the remote.” “Who ate my snacks?” “Stop annoying me.” …and then five minutes later: “Do you need anything?” ❤️ That's sibling love. The Nu Republic Epic X4 isn't just a cute Rakhi gift either — it comes with up to 52 hours of playtime, so she'll actually get some use out of it. And the best part? I didn't have to spend hours hunting for a gift. Blinkit + Nu Republic = Rakhi sorted. ✅ Now I just need to survive the rest of the day without getting into an argument with my sister. 💀 Happy Raksha Bandhan! 🪢❤️ Tag your sibling who is simultaneously your biggest headache and favourite person. 😂👇 #RakshaBandhan #Rakhi #Blinkit #NURepublic #BestSis #EpicX4 #RakhiGift #SiblingGoals #SiblingLove

At 11, he lost his father. But he didn’t lose hope. He started working to support his family. Today, this Delhi lassi seller reportedly earns ₹80,000–₹90,000 a month and has built a two-storey house for his family. 🏠 His journey started with hardship. After losing his father, he had to take responsibility at a very young age. He worked for years, supported his family and slowly built his business. At one point, he reportedly earned just ₹250 a day. Today, he has turned that struggle into stability. But perhaps the biggest achievement isn't the income. It's this: He built a home for the family that once struggled to have one. No shortcuts. No overnight success. Just years of hard work, patience and responsibility. Sometimes success isn't about how much you earn. It's about how far you've come. ❤️ #Inspiration #SuccessStory #HardWork #Motivation #India #Entrepreneurship #Resilience #LifeLessons #NeverGiveUp #Growth

He went viral for his laughter. But his real story is much more powerful. ❤️ Meet Arun a young boy whose life changed after a simple video of his infectious laughter went viral. Behind that smile was a difficult reality. He had to leave school because of poverty and started working as a lorry cleaner to support himself and his family. Then the internet noticed him. His viral video brought an outpouring of public support, giving Arun a chance to return to something he had been forced to leave behind education. And he didn't waste that second chance. 📚 He went back to school. 💪 He kept working hard. 🎓 And he successfully passed his 10th examinations. From leaving school to working for survival… to getting another shot at education. This isn't just a viral story. It's a story about what can happen when people choose to help. Sometimes, a little support at the right moment can completely change someone's future. Never underestimate the power of one opportunity. 🇮🇳❤️ #Inspiration #Education #PovertyToProgress #India #Motivation #Humanity #SuccessStory #NeverGiveUp #Hope #LifeLessons

He left school after Class 3.. Bought a motorcycle for ₹300. And taught himself engineering. Meet 𝗚.𝗗. 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗱𝘂 the “Edison of India.” 🇮🇳 His journey sounds almost unbelievable. → He dropped out of school after the third standard. → He became fascinated with machines and taught himself by observing, dismantling and rebuilding them. → He bought a motorcycle for ₹300 and studied its mechanics. → His curiosity eventually turned into inventions, engineering ventures and a massive transportation business. But his biggest lesson wasn't about machines. It was about learning without waiting for permission. No engineering degree. No fancy laboratory. No conventional path. Just curiosity, experimentation and an obsession with understanding how things worked. Years later, Naidu and his team were involved in developing an indigenous electric motor another milestone in his remarkable engineering journey. Your background can shape your beginning. It doesn't have to decide your destination. Sometimes, the people who change the world are the ones who refuse to follow the usual blueprint. 🇮🇳 𝗚.𝗗. 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗱𝘂's story is a reminder: curiosity can be a powerful form of education. #GDNaidu #IndianInnovation #Engineering #InnovationIndia #MadeInIndia #Entrepreneurship #Technology #Inspiration #EngineeringIndia #IndianHistory
