#1 Founder Communications Strategist in NJ | I help AI founders turn what they’ve built into a story the market understands and buys
At Princeps, we turn the founder’s ideas, product breakthroughs, customer insights, and operating philosophy into a body of public thinking that makes the company harder to ignore. By going beyond traditional ghostwriting and social media marketing in both tactics and scope, we look for creative solutions to hard problems. That means advancing your strategic goals, from hiring to securing partnerships to raising money. Why isn’t the market getting it? Why does sales keep explaining it? Why do competitors sound the same? What should this company actually be known for? We don’t chase impressions and views. We're here only to increase shareholder value. I’ve built and sold companies, worked in tech and M&A, and spent years around founders, investors, and operators. Building something ambitious? Tell me what isn’t clicking and I’ll tell you how to build a cult.

OpenAI and Anthropic might have a better product than Meta/Muse. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t bet against Zuck. 3.6 billion people use at least one Meta app every day. THREE. POINT. SIX. BILLION. I was reading this profile of Mark Zuckerberg and honestly, I had to stop for a second. Because sometimes I think we don’t even comprehend the scale of what this man has built. By 42, this guy has built something that reaches more people than the entire human population in 1965. And this year, they’re planning to spend up to $145B in CapEx. That’s more than the military budget of basically every country on earth except the U.S., China, and Russia. And what I envy the most is that he found his life’s work at 19. And he’s still running it 23 years later. Think about how rare it is to do all that before the age of 42? You might hate him. You might think Meta has caused enormous damage. You might have your own opinions about him. I get it. And yes, there have been lawsuits, scandals, horrible things that happened on these platforms, and an insane amount of scrutiny. But at the same time Think about how many people have built companies on top of Meta. How many people got rich because they could suddenly reach billions of people. How many employees, founders, creators, investors, advertisers, developers, and entire businesses have made fortunes inside the ecosystem this guy created. I’m pretty sure there are people whose entire financial lives look completely different because Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp existed. Whilst so many people want to get out of the business and run a passive operation. He’s still the guy directly associated with the products, the vision, the future of the company. It’s such a gift to have found the work you are passionate about at 19 and to have the same curiosity and ambition to never stop. That’s fucking cool. Whilst Zuckerberg might be the most extreme example of that we’ve ever seen. But what else would you do if you are not working on what you love? I don’t get the concept of doing nothing. The fact that after 23 years, he still wants to build is so inspiring.
Things I care about that have absolutely nothing to do with my career: I’m weirdly competitive at chess. I trained in dance for years and still dance for fun. I spend hours reading Dostoevsky. I’m in love with Lex Fridman. The only podcasts I consistently listen to are Founders and Acquired because apparently I need to know how every great company was built. Like, I don’t even want to build another Costco. And yet I will happily spend an evening going down a Sol Price rabbit hole and learning how his Price Club helped create the warehouse club model that eventually became Costco and influenced Sam’s Club. This is apparently how my brain works. I get obsessed with people who build things. Why did they see something nobody else saw? What did they understand? What did they keep doing for 20 years when everyone else got bored? What happens when one idea compounds for an entire lifetime? I’m currently reading Gödel Escher Bach, which is completely breaking my frame in the best possible way. And honestly, I think that’s what I care about more than anything. Understanding people. Understanding ideas. Understanding why some things become enormous. My career just happens to be one place where I get to play with all of that. Okay, your turn. What’s the most random thing you can talk about for 3 hours that has absolutely nothing to do with your job?
I don't get why people get all worked up about the Linkedin algorithm. You're the algorithm bro. You have free will, if you don't like the post or the person it takes less than 2 secs to unfollow or hit the ❌ on your For You page. Don't blame LinkedIn for your insecurities. Everything is a mirror of your taste. If your algorithm sucks you have agency. Fix it.
