About Rishabh Jhawar

Product & Strategy Leader | Product x Procurement | Building Systems that Scale Beyond Excel & Emails | Atlassian Community Champion

I work on products where things are rarely clean. Procurement, approvals, workflows — the kind of systems that usually run on Excel, emails, and a lot of follow-ups. My role is to bring structure to that chaos. Turn scattered processes into something scalable, usable, and reliable. I started on the code side of products and, over the years, moved closer to customers, business problems, strategy and the decisions behind what actually gets built. Product leadership, for me, is mostly about deciding what matters. Where to focus. What to ignore. What customers genuinely need. And how to get teams moving in the same direction. A lot of my work today sits at the intersection of product, procurement and technology. Outside work, I’m an Atlassian Community Champion, building communities and creating spaces for people to learn, connect and share. I also host ProcurePeers, where I get to have conversations with people working across procurement, product and technology. Most of what I share comes from doing the work, talking to customers, building communities and learning from people along the way.

  • 40+ people came in to learn Atlassian #Rovo. And walked out with a certificate. That was Let’s Get Credentialed: Rovo this Saturday. We learned Rovo Fundamentals together, took the open book exam & celebrated a whole bunch of new credentials. As a host, seeing people get that “I am certified!” moment was probably the best part. 🙂 And yes, we celebrated properly too. Chocolates, some cool swags, and of course… pizzas. 🍕 Because what better way to celebrate a new credential than pizza? And clearly, people want more of this. We were barely done and the question had already started: “When’s the next one?” Looks like credential events are going to be one of our most demanded formats now. 😄 Amanda/ Marie (Ree) and the community team, this is such a great format you’ve come up with. Certification, learning & community all happening together. People genuinely loved it. A special shoutout to InfoBeans for opening up your workspace for us & hosting the community in such a beautiful space. Thank you! 🙌 Atlassian | Atlassian Community Indore | Aditi #AtlassianChampions #AtlassianCertification

Then I managed to order a box and got my hands on it on Friendship Day. A current cultural moment, the nostalgia of Melody and perfect timing. An absolute marketing masterstroke by Parle Products Pvt. Ltd #Parle is one of those rare brands that has found a place in almost every Indian household, across generations and income groups. That familiarity makes an idea like this work even better. Not sponsored. Parle paid me exactly ₹0 for this post. But Parle, a hamper would always be welcome. 😄 And to my local connections, I am clearly not eating this entire box alone. Feel free to drop in and grab a handful. Well played, Parle. #Melody #Marketing #Branding Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd.
