Respected offline, overlooked online? → I fix the gap | Brand Voice, Storytelling & Reinvention | Personal Branding & Positioning | Featured in LinkedIn News | Quoted by Inc. | Top 2% Worldwide
You’re well known offline. Online, you’re easy to miss. That’s the problem I solve. I work with yacht brokers, luxury real estate, wellness brands, boutique hospitality, and experienced founders You’ve built trust through relationships, referrals, and results. But today’s buyers research before they reply. Before they book a call. Before they make an introduction. Every day, potential clients are forming opinions based on what they find online. The clearest message often wins. Which means someone with less experience, less expertise, and fewer results can appear to be the better choice simply because their value is easier to understand. If your online presence doesn’t reflect the quality of your work, potential clients may choose someone else before you ever know they were looking. It’s a translation problem. And translation is exactly what I do. ━━━━━━━━━━ THE GAP I SEE Many accomplished professionals are respected in the room but overlooked online. The language doesn’t match the person. The presence doesn’t match the expertise. People leave with an incomplete picture of who you are and the value you bring. ━━━━━━━━━━ WHY I SEE THIS DIFFERENTLY I was born in the Netherlands, shaped by Spain, and built my career across Europe and the United States. I’ve worked with brands including Dior, Neiman Marcus, Chopard, Dolce & Gabbana, Carolina Herrera, & Camilla I also founded BaasGalgo, a Spanish greyhound rescue that grew into a respected international nonprofit. These experiences taught me that visibility alone isn’t enough. People need to understand your value quickly, trust it, and remember it. ━━━━━━━━━━ HOW WE CLOSE THE GAP ✓ Brand voice and storytelling ✓ Positioning and messaging ✓ LinkedIn profiles and personal brands ✓ Content strategy and thought leadership ✓ Strategic guidance for leaders who are tired of being the best kept secret in their industry ━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT OTHERS SAY “Sandra brought passion, focus, and clarity we could apply immediately. Her impact will last far beyond her time with us.” Devin Smith, Founder at HAA “She grew BaasGalgo into a respected NGO. Clear proof of her leadership and vision.” Javier Galue, Business Professional ━━━━━━━━━ When the right people understand your value faster, conversations become easier. Referrals increase. Opportunities become more aligned. And your online presence starts working as hard as your reputation already does. 📍If your reputation is stronger than your online presence, start with a Brand Clarity Call. I used to walk into very expensive homes and find very confused closets. 😆 I spent years styling clients for some of the most recognized luxury brands in the world, including Chopard, Dolce & Gabbana and Dior. And money does not protect anyone from a chaotic closet. We went through everything. ✦ What stays ✦ What goes ✦ What needs tailoring ✦ What is missing ✦ What are you keeping because it cost a fortune? ✦ Why do you own seven versions of the same thing? 😂 Closets tell on people. So do brands. A website from one chapter. Photos from another. Offers that no longer make sense together. A bio that sounds like it was written by a committee. And the usual solution? Add more. More content. More photos. Another rewrite. Meanwhile, the closet is still a mess. 😬 A proper brand edit asks different questions. What still earns its place? What is confusing the picture? What are you keeping simply because you already invested in it? And what is missing that would make the whole thing make sense? Good styling requires taste. It requires editing. And it requires knowing when something beautiful still has to go. At some point, old versions of you start taking up too much room. When I edited a client’s closet, the goal was simple. Make getting dressed easier. Your brand should make it easy for the right person to understand you, remember you and know why you are relevant to them. No treasure hunt. 🔎 Sometimes your brand needs someone to stand in front of it and say: Keep. ✅ Tailor. ✂️ Add. ➕ Goodbye. 👋 Different closet. Same skill. P.S. If your brand has too many pieces and no clear story, that is exactly the kind of work I do.
A $40 Snoopy cup. People lining up before sunrise. Stores selling out. Resellers asking crazy prices. Starbucks knows exactly what it is doing. Scarcity. Nostalgia. Collectibility. FOMO. That is how a cup becomes a cultural moment. P.S. I think Snoopy is adorable. I am still not lining up at 4 AM for him. 😂
A little “look what happened” moment for me. 🥰 Featured in VoyageMIA! I shared a little about my life, reinvention, and the story behind Baas Studio. Very grateful to see my journey featured.
