Your website was supposed to bring you leads. Instead, your team can't update it without calling a developer. Your pages look like 3 different companies built them (because they did). And you're not sure if it's actually converting anyone. I fix that. I'm Sebastian — founder of Bimbi Digital. I've spent 5+ years building enterprise-level Webflow experiences for companies like Charly, Entertact, and Phase56 across 3 continents. But I'm not a typical developer-for-hire. I'm a Growth Partner. That means I don't just build what you ask for — I tell you what you actually need. I spot conversion killers before they cost you leads. I build systems your marketing team can update without calling me every time. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: → 40% conversion rate increase for a SaaS client through strategic redesign → 6-7 figure revenue increases through website optimization → 75% reduction in maintenance time with scalable systems → Marketing teams launching campaigns 3x faster 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: I offer flexible retainer partnerships starting at 5 hours/month. No big upfront projects. No disappearing after launch. Just consistent, strategic development focused on growing your business. 🏆 Webflow Awards 2025 Winner — Community MVP 🏆 Webflow Global Community Leader 🏆 Notion, Torc, Favikon Ambassador If your Webflow site isn't generating leads the way it should — let's talk.→ Book a free consultation: https://cal.com/sebasbimbi

I've shipped 50+ websites, and I still can't open After Effects. Every launch ships in 3 shapes. A 9:16 story, a 1:1 square, a 16:9 ad. I'm not a motion designer, so the resizing always lands on me. Same asset, rebuilt by hand, three times, every single launch. It eats the whole afternoon. This week I tried something different. I took one finished animated asset, dropped it into Jitter, and let its AI resize it. One asset in. A story, a square, and a wide ad out. Same animation on all 3. 1 pass, no rebuilds. The part I didn't expect: It's not a locked clip you get handed and can't touch. Every version lands back on the canvas as real editable layers. I can still change anything. A boring problem that used to eat my afternoons, gone. If you ship one launch across every format, how are you doing it? Still rebuilding each size by hand, or something smarter? ___ I'm Sebastian Bimbi 🧩 Your Website Growth Partner. I help companies turn their website into their best salesperson. A full day of hacking 😎😎 At Sundai Latam we were trying Openbase We learned how to use a Voice IDE Thanks to Gabe Montague It was a very enrichful space where I was sharing ideas with some team members from LEAD UTP With Joaquin and Soleil we did ‘Sous Chef’ An agent that help us in the kitchen: Talk to the agent and with your LLM get a voice answer in real time- like a call with your friend who is teaching you how to cook. I enjoyed a lot, and did many friends. Thanks Hisao for hosting us at NTT DATA -Sebastian Bimbi 🧩
5 years ago I never thought I'd get spotted for an award. imposter syndrome is real. this is how I conquer it. I'm a webflow developer from lima, peru. I have a c.system engineering degree, but nothing about webflow or design came from a classroom. that part I taught myself, waiting tables in the us, starting from minus one... my first paid project was a food truck website. I got paid $750 ishh. Webflow named me a Builder of the year finalist at WConf 2026. my photo is on the finalist page now, next to g.o.a.t's I looked up to from the outside. and the first thing my brain said was: "they're going to find out you don't belong here." that voice never fully left. 6 years in, a Webflow ACE, the 25' Community MVP, and it still shows up. so I stopped trying to make it shut up. I learned to work while it's still talking. here's what that looks like, day to day: 1/ show up before the feeling clears. I've posted every single day since jan 2023. not because I felt ready. because the client who hires me at post 1,000 doesn't care that I felt like a fraud at post 12. 2./ let the work answer, not my mood. when the voice says "you don't belong," I don't argue. I look at the receipts. the credentials didn't make the work. the work made the credentials. 3/ ask the people who intimidate you. in my early days I sent 500 dms to builders I admired asking "how do you even do this?" most never replied. the ones who did changed my trajectory. asking is free. staying quiet out of embarrassment costs you years. 4/ say the gap out loud. a mentee once told me, "you're a successful man." I gave him the honest version: it looks close from where you're sitting, it still feels far from where I'm sitting. naming that gap is what keeps it from eating me. conquering imposter syndrome never meant the voice went quiet. it meant I stopped letting it decide what I do next. if you feel it too, do number 1 today. post the thing. send the dm. before you feel ready. the feeling is not the signal. to the Webflow community that has carried me since 2023: THANK YOU. this past week, hundreds, if not thousands of you, sent me a dm. congratulating me. telling me you voted. from all over the world, and from my own Peru. it stopped feeling like an award. it felt like a movement. a kid from lima who taught himself this craft does not get here alone. this one is ours. 💙 voting for builder of the year closes today. if my work has ever meant something to you, the link is in the comments. I'd be honored to have your vote before tonight. ♻️ Repost so someone sitting on a win, scared they don't belong, sees this today. P.S. what's one win you buried this year because saying it out loud felt like too much? drop it below 👇 ___ I'm Sebastian Bimbi 🧩 your website growth partner.
