Most B2B SaaS companies are burning their marketing budget on the wrong metric. They're obsessed with traffic and impressions… while their sales team is stuck chasing leads that were never going to buy. Here's the truth: more visitors ≠ more revenue. What actually moves the needle in B2B SaaS marketing: → Targeting the right ICP, not the biggest audience → Content that answers real buyer objections (not just "10 tips" listicles) → A tight feedback loop between marketing and sales on what's actually converting → Messaging built around outcomes, not features I'm starting my journey in B2B SaaS marketing, and I'll be sharing what I learn — the frameworks, the mistakes, the small wins — right here on LinkedIn. If you're a founder, marketer, or just curious about what actually works in SaaS growth, let's connect and learn together. 📌 What's the biggest marketing mistake you've seen SaaS companies make? Drop it in the comments.

Everyone's telling B2B SaaS marketers to "use AI." Almost nobody is telling them how. So here's what actually works (and what doesn't) when you bring AI into your SaaS marketing stack: 1. AI is a research accelerant, not a strategist Don't ask AI "what should our content strategy be." Ask it to pull patterns from your last 20 sales calls, summarize competitor positioning, or draft 10 angles for one landing page. Direction is still your job. 2. It's brutal at generic copy. Great at first drafts. "Write a LinkedIn post about our product" → garbage. "Rewrite this customer quote into 3 hooks for a cold outreach sequence" → actually useful. The narrower the prompt, the better the output. 3. Use it to multiply your best content, not replace it Take one great case study. Turn it into: a LinkedIn carousel, 5 tweet-length insights, an email sequence, a sales one-pager. Same story. Five formats. A fraction of the time. 4. The best SaaS marketers use AI for speed, not for voice Buyers can smell AI-written copy that has no point of view. Use AI to move fast on structure and research. Keep the actual opinions, the contrarian takes, the "here's what nobody tells you" moments — human. 5. Where it genuinely saves hours: → Competitor teardown summaries → First-draft email sequences → Repurposing long-form into short-form → SEO outline generation → Objection-handling scripts from sales call transcripts Where it still fails: → Positioning → Original narrative/story → Anything requiring real customer insight AI won't fix a weak marketing strategy. It just makes a good one move faster. What's one AI use case that's actually saved you real time in SaaS marketing? Drop it below 👇
