About Vidhi Waghela

In 2022, I founded Data Science Meets Cybersecurity to solve a bold challenge: bridging the gap between artificial intelligence and cyber defense. What began as a research-driven initiative has now grown into a community-driven platform for innovation, empowering the next generation of thinkers at the intersection of data science, cybersecurity, and AI ethics. My journey has been defined by building at the cutting edge of AI, from neuromorphic computing and cognitive architectures to trustworthy machine learning and cybersecurity-first AI frameworks. I thrive at the point where deep research meets real-world impact. As a Kaggle Expert, an IEEE-recognized neuromorphic computing specialist, and a business strategist, I bring a rare combination of technical depth and execution clarity. My expertise lies in:- Architecting AI systems that are efficient, explainable, and secure- Exploring brain-inspired approaches to computation- Scaling research initiatives into career-ready, market-aligned innovation- Driving strategy where technology and business convergeAcross every initiative, I’ve been guided by a simple mission: turn challenges into opportunities, and vision into action. Working on the cusp of a new computing paradigm, one that’s intelligent, energy-efficient, secure, and deeply human. That’s where I choose to build If you’re working on AI, Neuromorphic computing, cybersecurity, or innovation strategy, let’s talk: 📩 [email removed]

  • I came across an amazing tool recently, and I’m genuinely not kidding when I say I’ve been using it in my own workflows. It’s called Opencomplai I even had a word with their technical team to understand how it works under the hood, and the approach is honestly pretty interesting. You can go from: pip install opencomplai → opencomplai init → opencomplai scan → opencomplai check It brings compliance directly into the engineering workflow, scanning your AI implementation, identifying gaps, and letting you run compliance checks as part of CI/CD. For example, you could catch a prohibited AI use case like biometric categorisation in the pipeline itself, before it ever ships. (Read the whole carousel and you’ll know how easy that gets) You build. You scan. You fix. You check. You ship. It’s also free and open source, so you can actually try it yourself. They’re still early and actively looking for people to try it, break things, and share feedback, so if you work with AI systems, this is a great time to get involved and help shape the roadmap. :) I’ll drop the GitHub repo, executed demo, and technical docs in the comments. • I finally felt comfortable with GPT-5.6 and where Claude's stack was headed. Then GPT-6 Astra dropped. But the more interesting story isn't the model. It's the reaction to it. The numbers OpenAI is pushing: 1. 96% of ARC-AGI-3 levels solved more efficiently than a human 2. 100% on ExploitBench, a cybersecurity benchmark 3. First OpenAI model ever classified "Critical" under its own safety framework, meaning it can build zero-day exploits with no human help Brockman said in the briefing that he personally believes this is AGI, though OpenAI still won't call it that officially. Builders on X pushed back fast though. Gary Marcus pointed out that solving a benchmark named ARC-AGI isn't proof of general intelligence, and flagged that Astra is harder to interpret than earlier models. Others estimated it's only 5 to 10% better for general use, at roughly 75% more cost per task. It also landed right after Anthropic's Fable 5.1, and a lot of people read it as OpenAI answering that momentum directly. The takeaway for me isn't whether this is AGI. It's that "state of the art" now has a shelf life of weeks, and I don't think that loop ever closes. Anyone else feel like the goalpost moves the second you finally catch up? 😅

  • I used to think just like everyone that AI coding agents would make tools like n8n irrelevant. After building automation systems for businesses for a past few months, process really changed my mind. The model was rarely the difficult part. The difficult part was connecting CRMs, syncing data across tools, orchestrating LLMs, handling failures, keeping humans in the loop, and making sure everything didn't break at 2 AM. That's why I think n8n is still massively underestimated. The numbers tell the same story: • ~$5.2B valuation • $40M+ ARR • Explosive growth in users and enterprise adoption One thing this has taught me: The most interesting AI work isn't happening inside the model anymore. It's happening everywhere around it <3 n8n Jan Oberhauser #AI #AIEngineering #n8n #LLMs #AgenticAI #Automation #WorkflowAutomation #SaaS #Startups #Founder #TechLeadership #DeepTech #SystemDesign #BuildInPublic #MachineLearning
