  • In a market flooded with AI demos that never made it to production, Symbiosis is the counter-narrative. No concept slides. No "imagine if." Real production stories from real enterprises - the wins, the lessons, the honest conversations you rarely get at vendor events. This is what "proof not promise" looks like on stage. I'll be looking forward to see our partners and clients in London. If you're evaluating agentic AI for your enterprise - whether BFSI, manufacturing, retail, or shared services - this is the one event where you'll see what actually works in production, not what works in a demo environment. London, October 20th. Or online from wherever you are. Register here: https://hubs.ly/Q04wgpsr0

  • 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail. Everyone quotes that number. Almost nobody quotes the next line in the same research. Solutions bought from specialised vendors succeeded around 67% of the time. Solutions built in-house succeeded about a third as often. And the marker that separated the 5% that worked from the 95% that didn't wasn't the model. It wasn't budget. It wasn't compute. It was line managers driving the deployment instead of a central AI lab. Sit with that, because it cuts against almost every operating model being designed in Europe right now. I spent last week in Switzerland with people running these transformations rather than describing them. One case stayed with me: a regional team built working agentic prototypes. They couldn't deploy them. The tools had to clear a corporate approval process designed years earlier for hardware. The people closest to the customer were the least empowered to act on what they learned. That's not an AI problem. That's a decision-rights problem wearing an AI costume. A Centre of Excellence gives you coverage. Licences, a model catalogue, adoption dashboards trending nicely upward. Coverage is not authority. The split that actually works: centralise what compounds — data provenance, guardrails, the audit trail. Decentralise what decays — use cases, workflow redesign, the judgement about which 20 minutes of a process are worth automating. One question tells you where you stand: Who in your organisation is allowed to retire a process step? If the honest answer is "the centre, after review" — you already know which side of the 95% you're on. Full article below 👇 #makeorbuy #aipilot #stars #starsswitzerland

  • New edition is out, and I write on why failure is important to be controlled...failing is normal and not to be blamed, but..."take educated risks, don´t bet the whole farm", one of my leaders used to say...Take time to reflect and learn to fail better
