I’m building something I genuinely believe businesses need. As a founder, one thing I’ve realized is that having a great business idea is not enough. You need the right people to turn that idea into reality. And honestly, hiring the right people is still a huge headache for many founders — especially when you’re just starting out. That’s why I’m building Worklance Connect The idea is simple: Instead of founders spending countless hours searching for candidates, managing recruiters, following up, and building teams… We take that headache off their plate. From hiring and bulk recruitment to building complete teams — we’re working towards creating a recruitment ecosystem that actually helps growing businesses. But I don’t want Worklance Connect to be just another recruitment company. I want to build a strong network of founders, recruiters and talented people where everyone can connect, help each other and grow together. We’re still at the beginning. There’s a lot to build.
