How Naano ranks B2B creators

Every month and topic by topic, the Naano Creator Rankings list the B2B creators who post most regularly on LinkedIn and whose posts engage their audience best. This page describes the whole method.

670 B2B creators analysed · updated on 25 October 2026 · Method version 2

Only creators registered on the Naano marketplace who share their LinkedIn data with Naano can be ranked. Creators: join Naano

Method

The method, step by step

Who can be ranked

  • Creators registered on the Naano marketplace who let Naano read their LinkedIn posts and engagement. A creator whose Storefront is not published is shown only if they agreed to show their public LinkedIn profile, with a link to LinkedIn and no booking. Withdrawing a consent, or unpublishing a Storefront, removes the creator from every ranking page within the hour.
  • At least 1,000 LinkedIn followers, 4 original posts in the last 13 weeks and a post in the last 45 days.
  • A LinkedIn profile refreshed by Naano in the last 90 days, so that nobody is ranked on outdated data.
  • Naano staff, and creators based in countries where Naano does not offer creators to brands, are not ranked.

How a creator’s topic is detected

A creator enters a topic’s ranking only if they really post about it: at least 3 posts about the topic in the period, and at least 25% of all their posts (15% when their LinkedIn headline names the topic). A headline, a declared topic or a bio alone is never enough.

  • GEO & SEO: SEO, GEO, AEO, generative engine optimisation, AI search and AI visibility, Search Console, backlinks, SERP, Ahrefs and Semrush.
  • SaaS: SaaS and B2B software, software publishers, product-led growth, ARR, MRR and NRR, churn and customer success.
  • Sales: selling and sales teams, account executives and business development, closing, pipeline, quotas, negotiation and discovery calls, prospecting, outbound, cold email, lead generation, SDR and BDR, CRM, RevOps, social selling, go-to-market, and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, lemlist, Clay and Apollo.
  • Marketing: marketing and marketers, brand and positioning, copywriting, content strategy, demand generation, inbound, paid ads, CMO, ABM and product marketing, and the Marketing and Media / Content topics declared on Naano.
  • Tech & AI: AI and generative AI, ChatGPT and LLMs, AI agents, automation and no-code such as n8n and Zapier, prompts, software and data engineering, developers, cybersecurity, and the AI, Developer Tools, Data / Analytics and Cybersecurity topics declared on Naano.
  • Growth & RevOps: growth marketing and growth hacking, RevOps and revenue operations, go-to-market, product-led growth, funnels and conversion, A/B tests, CAC, LTV and ICP, and the Growth / GTM and RevOps topics declared on Naano.
  • Personal branding: personal branding, LinkedIn content, profile and algorithm, ghostwriting, content creators, thought leadership, hooks, B2B influence and the creator economy, and the Media / Content topic declared on Naano.
  • Entrepreneurship: founders and co-founders, entrepreneurship, start-ups, bootstrapping, fundraising, investors and VCs, and building one’s own company.

The six criteria

  • Topic (30%)How much the creator posts about the topic: half the number of posts about it, compared with the other creators of the ranking, half their share of all the creator’s posts (full marks from 60%).
  • Regularity (20%)Weeks with at least one original post (reposts excluded), out of the last 13.
  • Engagement (25%)Reactions, comments and reposts per post, compared with the other creators of the ranking: half per post, half divided by followers. When a creator shares their LinkedIn analytics with Naano (3 posts or more with impressions), their real impressions replace followers.
  • B2B audience (10%)Share of the LinkedIn audience at manager level or above, when the creator has shared their LinkedIn analytics with Naano.
  • Delivery (10%)Share of accepted Naano collaborations published on time over the last 180 days, when the creator has some.
  • Recency (5%)Full marks for a post in the last 7 days, falling to zero at 45 days.

How the score is computed

Each criterion is scored from 0 to 1. Regularity, delivery and recency are absolute; topic, engagement and B2B audience are compared with the other creators of the same ranking. The score is the weighted average, out of 100. A criterion without data for a creator is left out and the other weights are rescaled. Ties go to the topic, then regularity, then recency.

Size of each ranking

A ranking lists the top 30 creators of its topic when at least 45 creators qualify, the top 25 from 40, the top 20 from 30, otherwise the top 10. With fewer than 10 creators who qualify, no ranking is published for that topic that month.

Before publication, the Naano team reviews each list and can leave out a creator whose profile and posts do not match the topic; the next creators move up.

Updates

Each monthly edition covers the 13 weeks before the date shown on the ranking. A published edition never changes, so a creator’s rank and badge stay true; a creator who leaves is simply no longer shown.

What the rankings never show

Only the rank, the public Storefront or LinkedIn profile details, the posts on the topic, the weeks with a post and the overall score are published. Followers, impressions, audience data, brand collaborations and prices are never shown.
