“With Naano, I could finally run the LinkedIn micro-creator campaign I had wanted to try. Then, with MCP, I built my own dashboard and campaign reports using the data I needed.”

Setup

Connect your client

You need a Naano brand account. Add the endpoint once, sign in, then ask your assistant to call whoami to check the connection.

Claude

Open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector. Name it Naano, paste the endpoint URL and leave Client ID and Client Secret empty. Claude registers itself and opens the Naano sign-in.

ChatGPT

Enable developer mode in Settings, Apps, Advanced settings, then open Settings, Apps, Create. Paste the endpoint URL, choose OAuth, scan the tools and sign in to Naano. Write actions depend on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings.

Cursor

Open Cursor Settings, then MCP, add a global remote server with the endpoint URL and complete the browser sign-in.

Codex

Add the server, then sign in from your browser.

codex mcp add naano --url https://naano.com/api/mcp
codex mcp login naano

Gemini CLI

Add the server, then run the auth command inside Gemini CLI.

gemini mcp add --transport http naano https://naano.com/api/mcp
/mcp auth naano

GitHub Copilot in VS Code

Run MCP: Add Server, choose HTTP, paste the endpoint URL, save it to your user profile and approve the sign-in.

Other MCP clients

Any client that supports remote Streamable HTTP servers and OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration can connect with the same URL.

Security

Built for safe actions

  • Sign in with your Naano account

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Your assistant never sees your password, and there is no API key to store or leak.

  • The same permissions as the app

Every call runs as you, inside your active workspace, with the same database access rules as the Naano dashboard.

  • Confirmation before any change

Tools that change something are marked as write actions, so your client can ask you first, and Naano rejects them unless your assistant confirms you approved the action.

  • Your wallet rules still apply

Saving a campaign charges nobody. Inviting a creator or accepting an application holds the creator's price from your wallet only once a booking exists, exactly as in the app.

  • Rate limited and revocable

Each user has an hourly request quota and access tokens are short-lived. Removing the connector stops that AI client; to cut off a token copied elsewhere, ask us to revoke your sessions.

FAQ

Questions

What is the Naano MCP server?

A remote Model Context Protocol server at https://naano.com/api/mcp. It lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI and GitHub Copilot work with your Naano workspace: search B2B LinkedIn creators, manage campaigns and read campaign results.

Do I need an API key?

No. The first time your assistant connects, you sign in with your Naano account through OAuth 2.1. Access tokens are short-lived and checked again on every request.

Does the MCP server cost extra?

No. It works with any Naano brand workspace at no extra charge. Creator posts you book through your assistant are paid exactly as in the app.

Can my assistant spend money?

Only through the same actions as the app, and only after you confirm. Inviting a creator or accepting an application can hold the creator's price from your wallet once a booking exists. Saving a campaign or searching creators charges nothing.

What data can my assistant see?

Only what your Naano account can see in its active workspace: your campaigns, applications, bookings and results, plus creator profiles visible in the marketplace. Every request uses your own sign-in and the same access rules as the dashboard.

How do I disconnect it?

Remove the Naano connector in your AI client's settings so that client stops using your access, and revoke the app in that client's account settings if it offers it. This does not invalidate a token already copied elsewhere: if you think that happened, write to [email protected] and we will revoke your sessions.

Give your assistant access to your campaigns.

Connect once with your Naano account. Actions that change something need an explicit confirmation.
