About Anatolii Lavryk

Helping HR Managers & CEOs at 50-200 person companies stop drowning in CVs | AI screening + interviews @ Careerswift | Head of Growth | 3x Founder

I help HR Managers and CEOs at 50-200 person companies get their hiring weeks back. If youre hiring for 3+ roles at once, every opening brings 80-200 CVs and a stack of first-round calls asking the same questions, while your team still has its actual job to do. As Head of Growth at Careerswift, I work on Careerswift Hire, which takes the first half of that funnel off your plate: ➤ AI CV Screening ranks and filters applicants, so your team only reviews the top of the list ➤ AI Interviews run async first rounds with candidates and score them on a structured rubric No enterprise contract and no implementation project. You connect it, set your criteria, and it runs. Before Careerswift, I spent 5+ years building companies from zero as a founder and CMO: ➤ Convinco: took an AI sales copilot from 0 to 90 active users and 6 enterprise clients within 3 months of launch, raised pre-seed after 7 investor panels, 1991 Accelerator ➤ Qspot: led a full strategic pivot and rebuilt GTM from scratch through Startupbootcamp ➤ Fentry: co-founded in Kyiv at 16, raised the first round, built the team 📩 Hiring right now? DM me "HIRE" and Ill show you how it handles one of your open roles in 15 minutes. I also write about GTM and building startups from zero. Follow along if thats your world.

  • 6 tools are enough to start outbound. New clients ask me for the minimum stack. Then they buy 15 tools they don’t need. Buying for scale you don’t have makes a lean stack messy fast. Here are the 6 you need on day one, in the order data moves through them: 1️⃣ Prospeo: contacts Pull contacts and verify the emails in the same pass. Test on one segment of 100 contacts first. Bad data burns domains. 2️⃣ Clay: enrichment and signals Add one intent signal per account, such as a hire, a funding round or a tool they use. Use AI columns for one personalised opening line, nothing more. 3️⃣ Claude: scoring and copy Give it your ICP and 10 closed-won accounts. Ask for a score and a one-line reason for each lead. Rewrite the opener for the top 20% only. 4️⃣ Smartlead: email Run the sequence across several inboxes. Warm each inbox before the first send. Keep the daily volume per inbox low. 5️⃣ HeyReach: LinkedIn Send the same list on LinkedIn, a day or two after the first email. One message, one ask. 6️⃣ n8n: the glue Connect all five so nobody copies CSV files by hand. Build it once the manual version works. The pattern across all six: One job per tool, and every tool earns its place by feeding the next. My read: skip the CRM until replies come in. Which tool would you cut first from your stack? ♻️ Repost if you know a founder who just bought 10 outbound tools before sending one email. P.S: Hiring your first SDR for this stack? Book a call with me and see how Careerswift structures the first round. Link in the bio.

  • Old ads knew 4 things today’s ads forgot. I love advertising. These Japanese print ads are decades old, and they still teach me more than most feeds. Here are 4 ideas worth stealing, with one way to use each today: 1️⃣ Make the price feel small Mitsubishi Corporation color TV Headline: “A color TV you can buy on your monthly salary.” The biggest thing on the page is a pink badge: 5,000 yen a month. The full price sits in small print below. Today: put the smallest true number in the headline. Per month, per seat, per day. 2️⃣ Let something unexpected say it Pocari Sweat A man, a cactus and one line: “Help me, said the cactus.” No feature list. You feel the dry room, and the bottles sit small in the corner. Today: write one line from the problem’s point of view. One image, one sentence, a lot of white space. 3️⃣ Write the headline in the customer’s voice Bon Curry “Now I get it. The taste of adults.” A smile, a spoon, and the whole product range lined up on top. Today: use the sentence a real customer says after buying. Quote a real one, never an invented one. 4️⃣ Show proof, not adjectives Seiko Watches UK Under each watch: the model, the price and 3 to 4 hard specs. A 1/100 second stopwatch. 20 hours of continuous timing. Battery life of about 2 years. A calendar that needs no monthly adjustment. Today: give every offer 3 specs and a price. Skimmers trust numbers. The pattern across all four: One idea. One image. One reason to believe it. If your ad needs a paragraph to explain itself, the idea isn’t ready yet. ♻️ Repost if you know a marketer whose headlines still list features. P.S: Hiring a marketer who can write like this? Book a 30-minute call and bring one open role. We’ll show you how Careerswift screens candidates for it. Link in the bio.

  • How to build a local lead list without 40 Google Maps tabs. I ran this workflow on 73 local delivery businesses with Mapsdata.io. Here’s the process, plus what came back. 1️⃣ Pick one niche and one area Example: couriers, movers or pizza delivery near one city. Mapsdata pulls the businesses live from Google Maps, so the list starts fresh. 2️⃣ Cut the chains before you export Casey’s, Domino’s and Walmart show a corporate CEO as “owner”. Nobody local picks up that email. In my 73, 26 were chains. That left 47 independents. 3️⃣ Look for the owner or decision-maker Mapsdata finds names for both. In my list, 42 of 73 had a named owner or decision-maker. 4️⃣ Send to Safe emails first Each email gets a status. I had 96 emails: 54 Safe, 23 catch-all, 12 invalid. Send the Safe ones first. Test catch-alls in a small batch. Drop the invalid ones. 5️⃣ Call the mobile numbers 71 of 73 had a phone number. Of the 47 independents, 31 had a mobile. For a small team, the owner often picks up. 6️⃣ Push it into your stack Send the list to Clay or Instantly, or give an AI agent the data. Mapsdata also has API and MCP access for automated workflows. Result from my test: 14 independents had a named owner or decision-maker plus a Safe email. That’s a first-batch list ready to send. The best list is the one you can start sending today. ♻️ Repost if you know an agency owner who still builds local lead lists by hand. P.S: Paid partnership with Mapsdata.io. I got access to the platform and these are my own numbers. If you want to try it, the link is in the first comment. https://lnkd.in/d6smrjXD

No dashboard. No export step. No stale CSV. What used to be filter, export, clean, import is now one request. The tools that win remove the most steps. ♻️ if you’re tired of exporting CSVs just to import them five minutes later.

https://t.co/mxbSvuPeZ5 skips that entire chain. It’s an MCP server that connects directly into an AI agent. Describe who you want in plain language. It pulls from 402M+ verified contacts.

I stopped exporting lead lists into a dashboard. I just ask for them now. Claude + https://t.co/mxbSvuPeZ5. Most B2B tools: filter, export CSV, import, hope the data’s still fresh. https://t.co/eychty7rdP

Ask for warm intros by name. Set one metric for the 3 months. Use office hours with one clear question. Follow up within 24 hours. A program gives you the room. The founders who grow are the ones who use it. ♻️ if you know a founder who just got into an accelerator.

Build a 2-week MVP. Push it to cold traffic. Close one deal before you show a roadmap. Take the hard feedback. Write the objection down, test it within a week, report back.
