I build automation systems that remove manual work from business operations — the invoices someone keys in by hand, the legacy data with no export path, the documents that need to become clean spreadsheets before real work can start. Through WorkZero, my automation practice, I've shipped production systems for clients in the UAE and Europe: → Automated 1,000+ scanned invoice pages per month into VAT-ready Excel for a Dubai accounting consultancy — phone photos, stamped delivery notes, low-res scans included. Days of data entry now run in minutes. (Google Cloud Vision OCR + Claude AI + validation layer + n8n) → Migrated 10,000 rows and 900 images out of a legacy CRM with no export function for a Swiss real estate firm, matched every image to its listing, and delivered import-ready files for their new CRM. Zero manual entry on their side. → Built WhatsApp-based expense capture: snap a receipt, and OCR + AI extraction lands a validated row in the client's books — no new app to learn. I'm also building a SaaS product for UAE corporate tax compliance — trial balance ingestion, automated rule checks, and cited compliance reports — which keeps me hands-on with full product development, not just workflows. How I work: I care about the unglamorous parts — validation layers, edge cases, data that arrives messy. Automation only earns trust when it's right every time, so I build for the invoice photographed in bad light, not the clean PDF in the demo. Stack: n8n, Python, Claude API, OpenAI API, Google Cloud Vision OCR, REST APIs, Excel/data pipelines, JavaScript, WhatsApp Business API. Every year, tourists leave millions in unclaimed VAT refunds at European airports. Not because the money isn't theirs. Because the process assumes you already know how it works. The response in the room confirmed it: almost nobody knows this system exists. The typical failure: a visitor shops in Paris, learns about tax-free shopping on day four - wrong paperwork, flight in 36 hours. Most people give up. I started an AI automation agency. My sister works at an auditing firm in the UAE, and one day she shared a problem her team kept running into - hours lost to manual document work. That is when it clicked, and I started building. The result is WorkZero.
