As a tech recruiter at Wrike, organizational intelligence [Human Intelligence + AI] is the core of my work. My focus is on building strong teams and driving company growth through strategic, data-driven decisions. I specialize in competency-based hiring, the Wrike work-delivery platform, AI agents, and other tools that help me focus on the human aspect of my job. Outside the office, I stay active through tennis, gym, outdoor sports, and traveling- always exploring new places and pushing my own limits.

Let's clear the air for job seekers worrying about #AI. I've noticed a lot of online discussions and had several conversations with candidates recently asking if an AI was rejecting their CVs when they apply. Here's the reality: under the EU AI Act, that's not how it works. AI tools for recruitment are classified as "high-risk," meaning human oversight is mandatory. No AI system can legally make the final call to reject a candidate. While AI can sort and screen applications to manage high volumes, qualified recruiters must review and confirm every decision. So, take a deep breath a real person is reviewing your profile. #ai #recruitment #euaiact #TA
When a recruiter (like me or any of my teammates from the pic below) reaches out on #LinkedIn, that’s just the opening kickoff, not the game-winning touchdown. It’s easy to get excited when a recruiter slides into your DMs saying your profile looks like a "great fit." It signals that your LinkedIn optimization is working, and it means there’s a chance you're on the right track! ...But in most cases, it is not a guaranteed offer. Recruiters reach out to dozens (sometimes hundreds) of top candidates to build a strong pipeline. You still have to go through the screening, interviews, and final evaluations. If a recruiter contacts you today, here is how you should handle it: 1. Read the Job Description (JD) carefully. Read the actual responsibilities and requirements. Is this actually aligned with your next career move, or is it a step backward? Make sure it makes sense for your goals. 2. Show up prepared. Don't wing the initial screen call. Do quick research on the company, their recent wins, and their culture. 3. Use AI to speed up your research. Use tools (like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini ) to summarize the company’s recent news, generate key talking points about their industry, or even prep potential interview questions based on the JD in under 2 minutes. 4. Ask yourself: "Am I actually ready to leave?" After doing your deep research on the role and company, sit with yourself before jumping into the interview process. If everything looks like a match on paper, are you truly prepared to make a move right now? Don’t waste your time(or theirs) if you have zero intention of leaving your current job. A recruiter reaching out opens the door- it’s up to you to walk through it. Treat the opportunity with #energy, do your prep, and make it count! Seeing the Q&A run long on all three talks proves how hungry this community is for real-world AI insights. We’re rethinking not just what we build, but who builds it and how they earn trust. Huge thanks to our speakers for sparking such discussions! 💚
