  • These 6 AI tools will (actually) help you recruit better : I spent 100+ hours testing recruiting AI tools. Here are my Favorites : 1/ Sourcing agent: LinkedIn RPS+ ↳ LinkedIn’s native AI sourcing and outreach agent. You drop in a job description and it finds matching candidates based on more than just exact skills. After sourcing, the agent can contact candidates, chat with them, ask screening questions, collect resumes, and schedule calls. I personally ran 100+ searches on engineering roles. Biggest limitation: volume. It usually returned only around 15 profiles per search and stayed inside LinkedIn’s own database. Matching is solid, but the candidate pool feels limited. Pricing is also higher than regular Recruiter. 2/ Sourcing agent: Juicebox ↳ Broader web sourcing + AI matching + agentic outreach. It searches across LinkedIn, GitHub, X and other public sources. The agent can take over the first conversation and pre-screen candidates before you step in. In my tests it consistently delivered 20x more profiles than LinkedIn RPS+. They’ve also expanded into healthcare. you can now source nurses and other clinical roles much more effectively. No more manual hunting across platforms. This currently feels closest to where AI recruiting is heading. 3/ Sourcing agent: Neuroscale AI ↳ AI sourcing + matching + recruiting workflows. Positioned in the same space as Juicebox. The overall idea is similar, but it’s still in development and currently behind on product depth and data. One I’m watching. 4/ Recruiting agent: Noon AI ↳ Fully customizable AI recruiting agent that plugs into your ATS. When a new job hits the ATS, it can source, run email/text/voice outreach, screen, match and schedule. I’ve seen demos and spoken to people using it. Very similar to Curately in approach. Voice calling stands out. Best suited for staffing firms that want real automation around their existing workflow. 5/ Recruiting agent: Curately AI, Inc ↳ AI recruiting automation across sourcing, matching, outreach and workflows. Same category as noon.ai, full workflow automation rather than just sourcing. I’ve used it personally on engineering roles, running more than 10 searches a day. Across the 100+ hours of testing, that adds up to well over 100 searches. Deeper ATS integration. More expensive and better suited to larger teams with enough volume. 6/ Productivity agent: Wispr Flow ↳ AI voice-to-text tool (not a recruiting agent). I speak → it types → ChatGPT or Claude cleans it up → I review and send. I use it for almost every meeting as a note taker, and for 100+ emails, chats, DMs and LinkedIn comments every day. Biggest value is pure speed. It has significantly cut the time I spend writing. As a rule of thumb, the best results still come when you keep a human in the loop. AI can source and outreach at scale, but final judgment still matters. P.S. Which of these 6 have you actually tested?

  • AI doesn't need food, rent, or a salary. I need all three, and it keeps telling me to "be more productive." Easy for you to say, you run on electricity I'm paying for. 👊

  • You don't need a $50k GTM strategy or venture funding to get 6.7M+ views on your SaaS. An architectural designer named jean Sebastian with zero sales experience just proved it on IG. No sales team. No complex GTM playbook. No venture capital. He didn't even give the tool a real brand name, just dropped a GitHub link in his IG bio and started posting short videos of him using it. The numbers he’s pulling with $0 ad spend: 👉 4.0M views on his top reel 👉 1.6M views on his second 👉 1.1M views on his third No fancy face-to-camera pitches. No bloated GTM agency retainers. No 10-step sales funnel. Thousands of users are dropping directly into his product just from watching simple screen recordings. I’m dropping this here as a personal note for the future, but every indie hacker, SaaS founder, and developer needs to see this: If you’re building product, you don’t need millions of dollars in seed funding or a corporate GTM strategy to acquire your first 100, 1,000, or even 10,000 users. Build something genuinely useful, record the raw output, and put it where your audience scrolls. Proof of utility beats sales copy every single time. He kept the tool 100% free for now, but honestly, with this kind of traffic, he’s sitting on a goldmine if he decides to monetize. My take? The cleanest distribution strategy isn't a complex funnel, it's letting the product demonstrate its own value in public. For the SaaS builders and GTM marketers in my feed: Is raw product proof officially replacing the traditional GTM playbook, or are product demos only enough for top-of-funnel reach? P.S. I’ve attached one of his reels below. the exact one that caught my eye. Check out how simple yet effective the execution is.
