  • I thought running a $195M business meant I was ready for anything. I was wrong. Here's what broke when I started from zero. I ran the Home & Distribution business across California at Schneider Electric. Established channels. Known customers. A playbook someone already wrote. I took on a completely new role to build the go-to-market strategy for residential energy management across US, and international markets. New products. New buyers. New category. No playbook. Here's what broke in the transition (swipe through for the full breakdown): My decision-making framework My definition of channel partner My relationship with failure My speed My identity Managing $195M made me a strong operator. Building from zero is making me a strategist. Have you made a similar transition? What broke for you? I'd love to hear it below. 👇 #GTMStrategy #ChannelStrategy #EnergyManagement #BusinessDevelopment #CareerGrowth

  • Your electricity bill in homes isn't rising by accident 😮 I spent months researching why American households are paying more for energy than ever and what's actually driving it. The culprits? A combination of: → Aging grid infrastructure built for a different era → Data centers & AI consuming power at an unprecedented scale → Extreme weather events straining capacity → Natural gas price volatility from surging LNG exports → Shifting federal energy policy Retail electricity prices have outpaced general inflation since 2022 and the EIA forecasts they'll keep climbing through 2026. But here's what surprised me most: smart home technologies can cut residential energy use by 10-30%. The solutions already exist. Adoption is the gap. I just published a research paper on this, the full breakdown is worth a read if you live in the US, work in energy, or build for it. Drop a comment, I'd love to know if you're feeling this at home. Full paper linked below. Takes 10 minutes to read, might change how you think about your energy bill.

  • Most homeowners have no idea their electrical panel is already outdated. We're adding EVs, heat pumps, and induction cooktops to homes built in a different era, having panels rated at 100–150 amps that were never designed to handle it. Rewiring America estimates a full fix which could cost north of $250 billion nationally. But here's what my research found: you probably don't need to rip anything out. Peak household loads only exceed 80 amps for about 12 minutes a day. Smart panels and AI-powered energy management can handle the gap at a fraction of the upgrade cost. I published a research paper on this. Swipe through for seeing the key findings. Link in the comments below for the full research paper👇 What's your take, is the grid ready for full home electrification? #homeenergymanagement #smarthome #energytransition
