  • A few weeks ago, The Flowcation was just a crazy idea. Bring together a small group of founders and entrepreneurs for one week in Fuerteventura. Work together. Play padel every day. Share experiences. And build meaningful connections. Fast forward to today: → Our first Padel Workation is fully booked → 50+ founders & entrepreneurs are already on the waitlist for the next one → And we just signed our first brand partner Welcome myMerch as the first official partner of The Flowcation. Big thanks Tobias Geldhauser and the entire MyMerch team for believing in what we’re building from the very beginning. For me, this is also a sign that Flowcation can become more than just a workation. Next stop: hosting our first Flowcation from October 4–11 in Fuerteventura. --- 1/ If you’re a founder who wants to join one of the next Flowcations → join the waitlist (theflowcation.com) 2/ If you think your brand would be a great fit for Flowcation → DM me 3/ And if you need great merch for your brand → talk to Tobi and the mymerch team

  • I don’t know anyone who enjoys updating their CRM. Including me. And whenever I work with founders and we review their CRM, I see the same thing: → Opportunities aren't up to date → Important fields are empty → Notes from calls are missing The problem: Your CRM should be your most valuable source of GTM insights you have. Containing everything you need to build a strong GTM foundation: → The problems your customers actually have → The exact words they use to describe them → The objections that keep coming up → The value propositions that resonate → Why you win (and lose) deals → Which ICPs actually convert But this only works if the information actually makes it into your CRM. And nobody wants to spend 20 minutes after every call manually updating 15 properties. That's why I was excited when Taru Heikinniemi, Head of Growth at Zero, reached out and showed me what they're building. Zero launched 2 days ago, and there are 2 things I particularly like about their approach: 1️⃣ The CRM updates itself Instead of relying on founders and sales reps to keep their records clean, Zero uses AI to automatically capture and update the information. 2️⃣ They're thinking about GTM end-to-end This is probably even more interesting to me. GTM stacks have become ridiculous. CRM. Prospecting. Signals. Enrichment. Call notes. Customer success. Automations. All separate tools that need to be bought, integrated and maintained. Zero’s ambition is to bring more of that GTM workflow into one place. Will one platform replace every GTM tool? We'll see. But I like the direction. --- Zero launched publicly this week. • If you can’t sell your own product, hiring a salesperson is probably not the solution. I see this quite often: Founder-led sales isn't working. The founder doesn't enjoy sales. Pipeline is inconsistent. Deals take forever. So the obvious solution seems to be: “Let's hire a salesperson.” But now you're asking someone else to solve a sales motion that you haven't figured out yourself. They need to discover: → Who to target → What triggers a purchase → Which pain points resonate → How to position the product → Which objections matter → How to run discovery → How to demo the product → Why deals are won or lost And somehow hit quota at the same time. That's a tough job. Your sales process doesn't need to be perfect before your first sales hire. But you should have enough founder-led sales experience to understand what works. Close customers yourself. Document the patterns. Build a basic process. Then hire someone to make it repeatable. --> Learn how to build a strong GTM foundation (free GTM playbook): https://lnkd.in/ePBH-RkP --- P.S. Send me a DM if you struggle to build a strong GTM foundation
