All posts on LinkedInMost agency owners don't have a project management problem. They have a visibility problem. Projects are in one tool. Finances are in spreadsheets. Hiring plans are somewhere else. And getting a clear picture of the business means pulling everything together manually. That's what caught my attention about Grade ERP. Here's what I'd look at first: → Finance dashboard: Get a clearer view of revenue, expenses and overall financial performance. → P&L and cash flow: Understand project profitability and keep an eye on incoming and outgoing cash. → Team and budget planning: Connect hiring decisions with actual team capacity and budget. → KPI reporting: Bring project health, financial performance and team planning into the same conversation. The interesting part isn't having all these features in one platform. It's how well they connect. One thing I'd want to test properly is how much detail the reporting offers for complex projects, different billing models and growing teams. An all-in-one platform still needs to fit the way your business actually operates. My take: Grade is worth exploring if you're running a growing agency or IT services company and your operations are spread across too many tools. If you're a solo freelancer or a small team with simple workflows, you might not need a full ERP just yet.
