About Mustafa Mubashir

GTM Strategy Partner at Disrupt.com, a venture builder behind a portfolio valued at over $850M. I build go-to-market and RevOps systems for B2B, SaaS and AI ventures: ICP definition, outbound, lead scoring, routing and pipeline reporting. My audience: 12.7K followers, 34% senior-level, led by IT services, software and tech companies. These are founders, operators and agency owners who buy and implement B2B tools. 126K impressions over the last 12 months (up 14%), 47% of them from outside my network. I don’t do generic shoutouts. I write from an operator’s perspective: a real problem, a real setup, and where your product fits. I follow briefs and compliance rules closely, and I stay active in the comments.

  • Apparently I need to clear something up 😂 A lot of you have been asking if I’m going to TOKEN2049. Short answer: not this time. 😅 Although, judging by my inbox, the FOMO is starting to kick in. If there’s one side event, session or conversation I’m going to regret missing, tell me which one 👇

  • 12,000 people. That still feels a little strange to write. I started posting here simply to share what I was learning while building, operating and growing companies. Some posts worked. Some disappeared completely. Some started conversations I never expected. And somewhere along the way, those conversations turned into real relationships. People I first met in the comments are now people I’ve met across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jedsah and Karachi. Posts have led to conversations with founders, operators, investors and people building across completely different markets. And perhaps that has been my biggest learning from LinkedIn: The real value isn't the audience you build. It's what that audience allows you to build beyond LinkedIn. Over time, I’ve also become much more intentional about what I share here: GTM. Building companies. Operations. Partnerships. Events. Markets. And the lessons that usually only become obvious once you're actually doing the work. Today, 12,000+ people have chosen to follow that journey. I don't take that lightly. Thank you to everyone who reads, comments, disagrees, reaches out, introduces me to someone, or simply follows quietly. Still learning. Still building. And there’s a lot more ahead. 🚀 If you've been following for a while, I’d genuinely love to know: what kind of posts from me have you found most useful?

  • The biggest thing I took away from LEAP wasn’t the technology. It was seeing how deliberately Saudi Arabia is building the ecosystem around it. Capital. Infrastructure. Talent. Institutions. Partnerships. Execution. After a few days in Riyadh, one shift feels increasingly clear: MENA is moving from being a market companies want to sell into, to one they increasingly want to build from. I shared a few of my biggest takeaways from LEAP in this video. 🇸🇦
