Google Ads Consultant for B2B & SaaS | More Qualified Pipeline, Better Lead Quality & Less Wasted Spend | Paid Search, CRO & Offline Conversions | 16+ Years
If your Google Ads dashboard looks healthier than your pipeline does, message me. That's usually where the interesting problems start. Sometimes a second pair of experienced eyes is enough to identify where the problem actually is. I help B2B and SaaS companies turn Google Ads into qualified pipeline, not just clicks, form fills or cheap leads. I’ve worked in Google Ads since 2010, primarily with B2B, SaaS and considered-purchase businesses where a conversion only matters if it eventually becomes pipeline and revenue. My work usually starts when something isn’t adding up: Google Ads is generating leads, but Sales doesn’t like them. CAC keeps increasing. Search spend has scaled, but pipeline hasn’t. CPL looks good, but very few leads become opportunities. The account is optimising for the wrong conversion signals. High-intent searches are being sent to weak landing pages. Or nobody can clearly explain which campaigns are actually contributing revenue. That’s the problem I solve. I connect: Search intent → campaign structure → landing pages → conversion measurement → CRM evidence → pipeline I don’t look at Google Ads as an isolated advertising channel. I want to understand what happened after the click, after the lead, and eventually after the opportunity reached Sales. Over the years, I’ve worked on paid acquisition and growth for companies including PeopleHR, SenseHR / Sense Workplace, Openprise, Avangate / 2Checkout and other B2B and SaaS businesses. At PeopleHR, I oversaw paid-search activity during the company’s journey from 0 customers to approximately 6,000 customers and £15M ARR before its acquisition by The Access Group. I’ve managed multi-channel paid media programs with aggregate monthly spend reaching approximately $1.5M, across Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels. Today, my work combines Google Ads with landing-page optimisation, offline conversion tracking, commercial SEO and AI-search visibility whenever those areas are part of the underlying growth problem. My approach is deliberately hands-on. You work directly with me. No account-management layer. No strategy disappearing between meetings and execution. No junior team quietly taking over the account. Typical engagements include: Google Ads strategy & management • account audits & turnarounds • B2B and SaaS paid-search architecture • lead-quality improvement • offline conversions & CRM feedback • landing-page/CRO strategy • commercial SEO • AI visibility

I finally got the scoring calculator working online. Which means you can now score your B2B SaaS Google Ads setup directly in the browser. The checklist looks at 6 places where revenue usually leaks before Google Ads gets blamed: Search intent Conversion tracking CRM signal Landing page alignment Budget allocation Sales follow-up There are 36 questions. Each one gets scored from 0 to 2. At the end, you get a score out of 72. The total score is useful, but the weakest section is the real diagnosis. Because a strong landing page will not rescue bad CRM signal. Clean tracking will not rescue poor search intent. And cheap leads will not help if sales keeps saying, “these are not the right companies.” Use this before you increase budget, rebuild campaigns, switch agencies, or launch another landing page. I built it mainly for B2B SaaS teams spending at least €5k/month on Google Ads and trying to understand why conversions are not turning into qualified pipeline. Link is in the first comment.
I've added the bug-fixed version of The B2B SaaS Google Ads Revenue Leak Checklist. The checklist helps you score your paid search setup across 6 areas: -Search intent -Conversion tracking -CRM signal -Landing pages -Budget allocation -Sales follow-up If you’re a SaaS founder, CEO, Managing Director, or growth lead and Google Ads is generating activity but not enough pipeline, this is worth reading. #OpenForBusiness #B2BSaaS #SaaSMarketing #GoogleAds #DemandGeneration #PipelineGeneration
$1,129 to $300. Same volume. Same replies. Most outbound teams stack 5 vendors to send cold email. Inbox provider, data tool, enrichment, verification, sequencer. Each one bills separately. Each one takes a margin. And reply rates keep dropping anyway. Average B2B reply rate went from 4.5% in 2020 to 1.1% in 2026. You're paying more for an input that performs less every quarter. The fix isn't a better sequencer. It's accepting cold email is now a commodity. Buy the primitive cheap. Put the savings into what actually moves: warm callers, LinkedIn ads, real lead magnets. OutEngine bundles all 5 layers into one. $30 per 100 inboxes. Everything else included. Same 5,000/day volume. 73% less spend. I got access to a link that sends my audience straight to the full setup. Link's in the first comment, enjoy

Google is testing “Dive deeper” in Discover: tap a story and get a Google-written topic overview before publisher links. No traffic data yet. The commercial issue is control: the source can earn visibility while Google owns the framing and next click. https://t.co/mlTlXoLTYe
You might be paying for the wrong marketing stack. I built a Tools page around problems that cost businesses money: attribution, landing pages, AI visibility, creative, outbound & capacity. See what’s worth fixing first: https://t.co/c4HBOYRE7s Affiliate links. https://t.co/bIkUwLIAwt
Is your Claude bitching at you too, or did I somehow screw mine up? “Don’t ask me to create any more <action> right now — I’ll decline until this is verifiably fixed.” They’re becoming human. Or worse: coworkers. #ClaudeAI #GenerativeAI #ArtificialIntelligence #LLM
Proud to be named 🏆 Best B2B SaaS PPC Consultant 2026, Europe by Acquisition International. My focus has always been simple: turn Google Ads into qualified pipeline, not just clicks and form fills. https://t.co/IjvXB8pGFt #GoogleAds #B2BSaaS https://t.co/eJK5qGIDVk
Google has rolled out Europe-specific Search changes and documented different regional result features. The B2B lesson: a “global ranking” is increasingly fictional. Search visibility must be measured by market, interface and commercial query—not one VPN screenshot.
