É o tema do último texto do Marty Cagan (o rei do product management). A maioria vê o sintoma... Masss, poucos enxergam o problema geral por trás dele. 2- Saber construir a solução certa. Compliance, sistema legado, todo time que a mudança atravessa.

  • This year, I was invited to visit Amazon New York office (Thank you, Carolina! 🙌) The tour was amazing. I genuinely love visiting company offices and seeing how different teams create their spaces and environments. Buuuut what caught my attention the most wasn't the office itself. It was the culture! A few things really stood out: → Customer obsession. They genuinely don't seem to spend much time looking at competitors. The conversation always comes back to one question: what creates more value for the customer? → Day 1 mindset. I'd heard about it before, but seeing it in practice is different. Even at Amazon's scale, there is a constant push to move fast, experiment, and avoid unnecessary process. → Working Backwards. Products don't start with solutions. They start with understanding the customer problem first. → PR/FAQ. Before building anything, the PM writes a fictional press release announcing the product as if it already exists. If you can't clearly explain why customers would care, you probably shouldn't build it. → No PowerPoint. Meetings start with everyone silently reading a six-page memo before any discussion begins. The goal is to make sure everyone starts from the same context. → Two-pizza teams. Small teams, more ownership, faster decisions. → Failure is part of the process. Experimentation requires risk. Not everything will work, but learning quickly is part of building great products. → Leadership Principles. They are not just words on a wall. They guide hiring, promotions, and everyday decisions. One small detail summed it all up for me....the elevators don't have mirrors. They have whiteboards. It sounds like such a small thing, but it reflects a lot about the culture. Less focus on appearances, and more focus on ideas, clarity, and customer impact. Which of these principles resonates with you the most?
