Virtual Assistant | Automation, CRM & Email Marketing Systems | AI Trainer | Helping founders reclaim their time
I help busy founders and small teams get their operations under control inboxes that don't pile up, CRMs that actually get used, and calendars that run without daily babysitting. My background is a bit unconventional: I trained as a Registered Nurse in Nigeria, which taught me how to work precisely under pressure and follow protocols exactly skills that translate directly into systems and automation work. Alongside building my VA practice, I contribute to AI model training through data annotation and evaluation , and I recently completed a certification in managing AI agents designing their context, writing their instructions, and reviewing their output like a manager reviews a new hire's first draft. I'm currently building toward my first international client relationship. If you need someone who sets up a system once and it just keeps working, let's talk.

Day 6 of my mock project with #15DaysWithMarvie , focused on execution not just ideas. I created a complete content strategy for a brand. I started by planning a simple one week content using Notion to organize ideas across platforms. After that, I wrote platform specific post content ( LinkedIn ,X, ) in Google Docs making sure each one matched the audience and tone. What I focused on most: -Giving the brand a unique voice -Creating content that solves real audience problems -Keeping everything structured and easy to execute This project helped me practice not just content creation ,but content strategy and workflow. If you need help planning or managing your content ,I am open to opportunities. #VirtualAssistant #ContentCreation #SocialMediaManagement #InteriorDesign #ContentStrategy
Day 5 of my #15DaysWithMarvie,this task focused on turning Overwhelmg situations into Organized Systems Today's mock project felt so real because I know this pain firsthand. The Client Scenario: A busy consultant struggling with overflowing emails and no organization system. Basically, every email feels urgent, nothing gets done on time, and stress is through the roof. Here's What I Actually Did: Step 1: Created a warm welcome message (not just "hi, I'm your VA" - but real questions about their priorities, the tools they're already using, and what tasks are eating up their time) Step 2: Set up a task management system using Trello. Organized everything into boards, created lists for different project stages, and made it visual so they can actually see what needs to happen next. Step 3: Designed an email management system in Gmail: Created labels: Urgent, Follow-Up, Low Priority Set up filters so emails automatically get sorted Step 4: Wrote a simple SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) - basically a guide explaining how I'll manage their emails and tasks moving forward. Nothing fancy, just clear steps they can trust. What Hit Me: This isn't just about organizing emails. It's about giving someone their time back. It's about reducing that Sunday night anxiety when they remember all the emails they didn't respond to. The best part? None of this required expensive software or complicated tech. Just thoughtful systems and consistency. To business owners out there: If you're spending 3 hours a day in your inbox instead of doing the work only YOU can do, that's a sign. #VirtualAssistant #VALife #EmailManagement #ProductivityHacks #SmallBusinessSupport #WorkSmarter #ClientOnboarding #RemoteWork #StartupLife
Day 3 task focused on Email management ,one of those skills that often looks simple until you realize how much structure it takes to do well. For this project , I worked on organizing an inbox system to help reduce clutter, improve response time and make daily communication easier to manage. What i handled: -Sorting emails into priority folders -Creating labels for urgent , follow-up, and completed tasks -Flagging important messages for action -Building a cleaner workflow for better productivity This task reminded me that a well managed inbox can save time ,reduce stress, and help business owners stay focused on bigger goals. #my15daymockprojectwithmarvie #virtualassistant #workflowmanagement #consistency
