About Damian Goral

GTM Service Center | [email removed] | GTM Engineers, BDRs & SDRs | Pipedrive Advisory Council

My journey in B2B Tech Sales started on the front lines, selling SaaS to engineers, working as a Robotics Sales Engineer, and eventually leading teams as Head of Sales. It taught me that sales is an engineering project: it requires precision and process. I applied this to build my GTM Outsourcing Agency, now Poland’s only Pipedrive Platinum Partner and a member of the global Advisory Council. During my MBA for Startups, I noticed a gap: not every company is ready for a full-scale agency, yet they need more than just a random freelancer. They need speed and infrastructure without the agency margins. To solve this, I launched Dealme.io, a platform to hire vetted GTM talent with the agility of a freelancer and the power of an agency (GTM Consultants, GTM Engineers, GTM Operators ) By combining the strategic depth of the Agency with the flexibility of Dealme, I offer a unique GTM value proposition. Whether you need a full-service partner or a lean, fast-moving specialist, we provide the talent to actually build your pipeline. Let's build your growth engine together.

  • 🚨NEWS: Salesforce just built its own AI model. It's called Koa. Announced yesterday with NVIDIA, built on their Nemotron 3 Super, and it runs inside Agentforce. Until now, Salesforce rented its reasoning from the big AI labs. Not anymore. What you need to know: → It does the multi-step CRM work, qualifying opportunities, routing cases, booking follow-ups → Salesforce says it beats frontier models on CRM tasks with 3x fewer errors (their own benchmark) → Trained on 27 years of CRM data patterns, synthetic, no customer data → Salesforce owns the weights and runs it inside its own walls → Pilot now, generally available winter 2026 in the US → Three weeks after they announced Claudeforce with Anthropic OpenAI and Anthropic have the better models. Salesforce has something they can't buy. The record of how every deal ever moved through their system, and a seat already installed at the customer. • Espresso at RAYNET CRM Ostrava. ☕️ The summit for the Polish market shows how strong the GTM and CRM native community is. There are many industries that are far from automation and agentization, and a CRM is the first step toward those changes. Thanks Eryk Put, Adrian Ardziejewski for the invite. Vojtech Boril, congratulations on the recent acquisition and fingers crossed for the strategy. Investing in the ecosystem is definitely a good step. Where is this SaaSapocalypse? 😉

  • 🚨NEWS: Pipedrive announced Nova. The AI-native CRM era just started. Meeting intelligence built into every deal, briefed before the call, focused during, CRM updated after. On every plan, no extra cost. Look at this year: → April HubSpot moves its agents to performance-based pricing. You pay when the task is done. → July HubSpot launches Agent Hub and Agent Builder. → August Pipedrive buys Outfunnel and ships an MCP connector for Claude. → August Salesforce announces Claudeforce with Anthropic. → September Salesforce closes its acquisition of Fin, 30,000+ companies. → September Salesforce and NVIDIA launch Koa, their own CRM reasoning model. → September Pipedrive announces Nova. → Last year lemlist buys Claap, folding 700 customers into 20,000+. → Attio now calls itself "the agentic CRM." Everyone is building the same thing from a different corner. For two years the answer to "how do we use AI in sales" was: connect the CRM to a model and build the rest yourself. That era is ending. The GTM operating system is moving into the tool reps already open every morning. My team has been in the Nova beta for a few months, so this isn't a take off a press release. What it changes is the number of tabs. Prepare, run the call, update the deal, one place. I've wanted that since the day I became a sales manager. A rep doing their entire job inside the CRM, not because a policy says so, but because there's nowhere else they need to go. That's the adoption problem solved. Reps need results, not engineering. They'll use what's in front of them. They won't use a workflow someone else built. SMBs gain the most. No revops team, no GTM engineer, no budget for six tools and now they don't need any of it. We're doing a live session on how to run it: CRM Survival Guide - how to never manually update Pipedrive again.
