Founder, Aster & Ligeniqo marketing agency | Portfolio Operating Partner | Operational Systems for Profitable SaaS | Techstars | HUB71
I build and operate profitable SaaS assets. Founder of Aster — a Portfolio Operating Partner for SaaS owners and acquirers. Founder of Ligeniqo — a full-cycle B2B agency for tech companies. ____ Most micro-SaaS portfolios stagnate not because of product — but because of weak reporting, lack of operating discipline, and reactive growth. At Aster, we fix that: revenue governance, margin optimization, structured growth frameworks, and exit-readiness positioning. We work with investors and founders running 1–5 SaaS businesses at $10K–$100K MRR. ____ Before Aster, I founded Ligeniqo — a full-cycle B2B agency, where I now serve as Director of Business Strategy. We help tech companies acquire clients, build sales systems, and enter new markets. 50+ companies served worldwide. Techstars & HUB71 alumni.

A couple of months ago, I was looking for a developer for a big wealthtech project. I needed a freelancer who could start the following week, so I was ready to pay above the market rate. I was looking for someone from the CIS region. Got a lot of applications, found several strong candidates: skills, portfolio, communication, everything good. We agreed on a 50/50 payment: half upfront, half after project delivery. Everyone was happy. And then practically nobody could send me an invoice. Some had a sole proprietorship in a country where getting the money out was a challenge. Others had bank accounts that couldn’t receive SWIFT transfers from the US. Some had no legal entity at all. It created a huge headache for our back office, which had to look for endless workarounds just to make the payments. And the deal falls apart at the last step, simply because there's nowhere to send the money. So if you're a freelancer this part is for you. If you're losing projects simply just because you can't accept payment from abroad, here's the solution. Global Invoicing by Mellow is made for exactly this. Mellow acts as a legal intermediary between the freelancer and the client and handles all the paperwork: contracts, invoices, completion acts, and tax support. For a freelancer, it’s basically four steps: 1. Register on the platform 2. Send the client an invoice in USD or EUR from Mellow’s foreign legal entity 3. The client pays the invoice 4. Receive payment and withdraw to a card, bank account, e-wallet or crypto wallet You can even split the withdrawal and send different amounts to different accounts. The freelancer gets a proper invoice and all the documents needed for tax reporting: a contract and completion act. No company abroad, no grey schemes. The commission is 5%, withdrawals are free, and there are no extra fees. You can choose who covers the commission, the client or the freelancer. Cool feature is the secure deal, which is useful when you're working with a new client. Mellow reserves the client's payment on their account and sends it to you once the work is delivered. For those who got burned before, this is a great solution. That developer I was looking for? Found him, onboarded through Mellow in a day, and the project is done. Link in the comments.
Yesterday I went to Startup World Cup in Buenos Aires. Ten teams pitching their startups in front of a panel of investors — it's a regional qualifier, the winner goes on to the grand finale for $1M in prize investment. Room of 150 people, an hour and a half. I wasn't pitching, just came to watch. Wanted to feel out the local startup scene, see who's building what. Organized by Crecimiento at Aleph Hub — they're building the startup ecosystem here in Argentina and have run over 200 programs in two years. Right now it's Aleph Week here, and Buenos Aires this week is just non-stop. August 20-21 was LATAM Digital Assets Conf — two days on stablecoins, tokenization, DeFi and cross-border payments. Startup World Cup squeezed in on the evening of the 21st. And today and tomorrow is Aleph Hackathon — a two-day sprint, teams form up and build projects on the spot, then demo in front of a jury. All of this in one hub, back to back. Good time to be here.
Big news — my first article just got published in Fintech bloom! It's just an article, sure. But for me it's a whole new direction in my career. Let me explain, For over five years I've been building leadgen systems, automating outreach, launching SaaS products, working with clients across all kinds of industries. And at some point I noticed something. My best clients were always fintech companies. Longest contracts, clearest product understanding, strongest feedback loops — yes, all of that. But most importantly the strongest numbers and performance in terms of results. With fintech we were booking 60+ meetings per month, hitting KPIs of 400 leads and signing annual contracts. I didn't choose this niche on purpose, rather it found me itself. The industry is interesting to me, I understand it deeply, and, it seems, the time has come to share this. Wrote my first article for Fintech Bloom — about how mobile payments and digital wallets have evolved over the past 15 years. From the launch of Google Wallet with NFC in 2011 to super apps, biometrics and crypto wallets. Planning to keep this going and publish more regularly.
